Adequate
The accommodation suited our group needs. The house was generally clean and the towels, bedding etc of a good quality. Parking was also adequate and the location perfect for our needs.
There were only 3 wine glasses for a party of seven. There was no wooden spoons, no scissors. We purchased these items and left them for the next guests. Apart from the en suite bedroom there were no bedside lamps that enabled folks to read in bed. Some of the windows were in a poor state of repair and the patio doors were dirty. Only one curtain on the patio windows so unable to draw them at night.

Spacious, comfortable and a good location.
Nothing we did not like but would like a mirror in each bedroom, some lights/lamps did not work as the bulbs had gone and the main shower water temperature was stuck on extremely hot even after turning it to cold.

A lovely house which was perfect for a group or large family.
We loved the location, layout and size of the house. The garden was huge and enclosed, perfect for letting the children run free in. There was lots of storage and space. The beds were comfortable. The house was in a quiet location but close enough to what we needed. Wifi was strong and reliable. The house is modern and ideal for groups.
The host was let down by the cleaning/maintenance company. There were dirty items in the dishwasher which had turned mouldy. The fire had burnt remains in and hadn't been swept/out. There were dusty cobwebs on the ceilings. There was no welcome book, instruction manuals, fire instructions, local info etc. There was no kitchen roll or scissors. The TV remote didn't work. We let the host know and she apologised. If these issues are resolved then there are no ongoing concerns to mention.

Nice location in residential cul de sac.
Location for Frinton excellent. Private parking great. Comfort of beds excellent. Plenty of quality towels. Plenty of space in house and Wi-Fi excellent.
Water boiler upstairs made a lot of noise every time a tap was turned on. One of showers could have been cleaner. Local church clock bell chimes all through night-be aware if you are light sleeper.

A spacious property in a great location
Great location. A 30 minute walk to nearby Walton-on-Naze and very close to a couple of decent pubs. Owners left us a chocolate cake!
