Absolutely NOTHING.

We booked over two months ago for our wedding, got to the hotel to check in after we got married the hotel was over booked no one was wanting to help. Manager gave the worst attitude and stated “i don’t care if you stay you could go home for all i care”. Worst experience i have ever. had!!! Plus another couple was there and said that they booked a room the day before and they were the main priority over someone who booked 2 months earlier plus called several times just to confirm.

It was so clean and the staff were so friendly. Also, it is very accommodating for all guests and geared towards modern lifestyles.

Great location it is located right beside a shopping center with a bunch of different stores and restaurants

The closeness to where I needed to be.

The room was much smaller than expected. The walls are paper thin; you could hear everything. The front staff lady, not sure of her name, was on her phone the entire time we were downstairs for “breakfast” and still when we checked out an hour later. She didn’t seem to enthused to be doing her job either. The “included breakfast” was grab n go, not a hot breakfast, which I did not see stated on the website when booking that it was a grab n go type; it just stated free breakfast included. That was a disappointment. And the gentleman was starting to take things away for the day before it was even 9:30, when it ended. Not impressed at all. Will not be staying at an Avid again.

Overall, Good facilities. Good parking. Good WiFi.

There’s always a group loitering in the front entry way doors because smoking is allowed there. The hotel has placed chairs, tables, ash tray, etc right there for smokers. Having a group of smokers outside the entrance does not reflect well for the hotel. How do you think guests feel when they have to walk in and out of a field of smelly cigarette smoke? Recommendation: move the smoking area 50 feet away from the front. There appears to be plenty of space to move this smoking area.

Very clean and up to date.

Lack of bathroom fan was weird as was the slightly misplumbed hot/cold water.

there was pee in the toilet when we checked into the room, hair still in the shower & on the made bed, the floor was vinyl & you could tell they swept but not mopped the floor bc it was dirty

Location was great.

The room felt dirty, the bedding was pilled, and there was a lot of noise from the hallway and the room above.
