Comfy, modern with good size modern rooms and very warm. After getting locked out of the house, by my 19yo son, the owner/agent was prepared to drive 3 hours to let us in. That is above and beyond. Spare keys luckily were found by a very helpful neighbour, so the crisis was averted.

Considering the house dan sleep 8 people in 4 bedrooms, I think there needs to be more seating than one sofa.

Beds were comfy and bedding and towels good.

Here is a list of things that were unsatisfactory with the property which we paid £770 for for 4 nights! * Garden was unusable due to a shed being dismantled during our stay. The first and second day a man was in our garden dismantling a shed or 2. We had not been advised of this at all. It meant we were unable to use the garden. Once he had finished all of the grass was covered with pieces of shed laid flat making the garden totally unusable. It wasn't safe for children to play in. * Dishwasher had a sign on it saying out of order * TV didn't work apart from netflix. * Kitchen was dirty on arrival. Bowls in cupboards covered with grease and food. * Not enough cultery, bowls or mugs for 7 people. I did ring the owner who sent round a cleaner the following day to clean kitchen and provide more kitchen equipment. * Dining room tiny with only 4 chairs. We had to use the 2 office swivel chairs out of living room and 1 person had nowhere to sit! Very very ynsatisfactory. We have got photos. We expect compensation for a terrible place to stay on a very special weekend of my son's wedding.

Easy location and tidy home has all the amenities needed. Parking available for ease.

We had children it was a shame the garden wasn't tidy for them to play in and no seating as it was hot and summer but nevermind we still enjoyed our stay. 🤗

clean and tidy beds were extra comfy, host went the extra mile by returning left items to myself through post very pleasant experience throughout
