View. Great facilities. Wonderful to be able to photograph Hornbills in the garden

The place is very spacious, the yard is huge and beautiful. I loved the books and ornaments throughout the house

The photos here don’t do the justice. The property is safe, secured and has all the facilities you would require on a holiday. The icing on the cake is the host, Mr. Craig. He was helpful, responsive and seems to be the best guy owning a lot of thing in and around. Fresh linens were provided each day along with all braaing and campfire products. They also provided genertor due to loadshedding which exceeded our expectations.

The wifi could have been better but who needs it on a family holidays! It keeps going on and off, so you will have rely on mobile data which can be only connected in the garden and not inside the house.

The house has everything you need. Very private good views and very comfortable. Great stay overall. Nice staff and spacious house.

Extra little things like leaving charcoal and wood for a braai, fresh ground coffee and bottled water.

The beds were a little tired.

Wow, what a beautiful property. The view over the lake is spectacular. We were a family of 9 staying for 3 nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was of a really high standard throughout the house. It was really nice that things like crockery, glasses, cutlery etc was plentiful. I was really impressed with how much space we had, certainly no getting under each other’s feet. The house is really well maintained, and the staff are an absolute credit. You just had a feeling that everything was well thought out, it’s a perfect place for families to get together, I really hope we get the opportunity to come back.
