A location is more than great in our particular circumstances (St. Vincent University Hospital). The receptionist lady was very attentive.

The night light (even dimmed glow source) in the bathroom at night would be more than welcome. The strong light is good for hygiene purposes but it disrupts a sleep pattern even more than an "unexpected night trip". P.S. The constant email reminders about check-in make one anxious like if missing ones' flight or a ferry. Should be less... ramming through.

Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs not good, perhaps from powdered source.

Three of us stayed for one night - the hotel was in a great location for us. DART from city to Booterstown, could not have been easier. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only small thing was that there were three of us, adults, in a family room but only two bath towels provided,

breakfast was excellent, room is spacious , staff is helpfull and friendly

The cleaning staff didn't clean our room, we sat in the lobby from 17:00 to 18:15 waiting for them to clean our room. After a long day out this was really frustrating

They breakfast was great, plenty of choice, especially as we're vegetarian. The room was great, very clean. Maybe more toilet roll, but other than that, fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

The only issue, was not enough toilet roll!

I booked a room for my husband to stay in on the night I was scheduled to be in hospital for surgery the next day. At the last minute the hospital asked me to attend in the morning instead, but we were already on the road from Donegal. I phoned the hotel to ask if I could stay in the room too, and since I had booked a double, they simply added me with no fuss or fee. Since I'm disabled I asked for an accessible room, and that too was available as it was a weekday night. The room and bed and en-suite were very clean and comfortable and they helped me book a taxi early in the morning. Thanks!!

Upon arrival, we wanted to get a bite in the hotel, but the lunch menu was very limited and not suitable for someone required to limit starch and fat pre-surgically. Since the hotel is the nearest one to the clinic, maybe a few lighter, healthier options, such as a salad topped with lean ham or chicken, could be provided.

The hot chocolate from the machine was only like warm

It was all really good - enjoyed the stay.

The Staff are amazing

The size of the room was great. It was very clean and they had a very good breakfast.

I did not like that everything was so automated, online check in and so on. The location is a little far from the centre.

Everything besides the heating was good.

It was cold weather but our room was still a little bit cold, even after a few hours staying.

The cost of staying in hotels in Dublin is prohibitive. I wish to visit family there every month but it is simply too expensive.

Close to Blackrock Clinic Hospital

Really disappointed. Hairs on bottom of both beds, lots of crumbs on chair, hairs on bathroom floor, took dirty towels away but didn't replace. I spoke with girl at reception and asked for towels, still didn't arrive. Then 3 attempts to call reception and finally had towels sent to room, at approx 10pm. Wrong meal in the restaurant, however it was quickly rectified. Cooked breakfast not very hot, cooled to cold inside 5 minutes. Not a 4* experience, hotel is a 3* at best.

Geen koelkast aanwezig, Geen body lotion aanwezig, mar een fles body/hair shampoo in een geen andere verzorgingsmiddelen. Verder was het personeel jong en vriendelijk en behulpzaam dat is te waarderen

Lovely room, no noise!. Staff lovely in reception and bar- especially Cathal who we observed chatting to all the customers and ourselves. He is a lovely guy & asset to your hotel.

Cold restaurant, food was not hot enough- served on cold plates, burgers were lovely however burger buns were freezing!

Nice hotel on the Irish Sea.

30 minutes outside city center but close to university college Dublin which is where our daughter was studying

Absolutely brilliant stay, happily kept my insulin in their fridge and got it so easy when required. Also we’re happy to help whenever we had an issue. Best hotel I’ve stayed in years will be back!
