It was very cute and easy walk to the beach. The neighbors were very friendly. The only thing I would have liked is if the floors were mopped and the back patio needed cleaning. I did daily cleaning to keep it nice. I would definitely come back again!

This house is in an absolutely perfect location and had all of the amenities of home. We stayed here with our two kiddos, 8 & 10, and it was perfect! Easy walk to Pleasure Point, ice cream, coffee, etc and a very quick jaunt to Capitola for shopping and great food. All around an excellent place to stay to explore all the Santa Cruz area has to offer!

Great location and property for a short surf trip with a gal pal! Could walk to the end of the street and drop our boards in at Jack’s or Pleasure Point everyday.

The place is bright and has a nice vibe! Beautiful and practical furniture placement. Breakfast nook was lovely! Kitchen was well equipped!! Clean place and 5 mins walk to the coastal trail.

It is walking distance to pleasure point beach. On the way you can say hi and feed Winston the pet pig! The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Washer and dryer is such a bonus when traveling with young kids. The kitchen is modern and has everything I needed. The rooms are bright so bring an eye mask if you don't wish to rise with the sun. Definitely a perfect stay.

The house was small and no yard to speak of but was within walking distance to the beach for surfing and bike riding. House was well stocked but maybe needed some additional salad bowls and a pancake griddle. Bathroom well stocked , beach chairs and laundry were included. Compared to some of the other vacation rentals we have stayed, this one showed pride in ownership. THANK YOU for allowing us to have a comfortable and fun filled holiday with my family. Cheryl

Our second time staying at this property. We love it: the location near Pleasure Point, walking distance to coffee shops (Cat’s Cloud is our favorite), restaurants and shops. The property is well stocked with kitchen items, and is super cute. Friendly neighborhood too. We will be back!

This two bedroom, one bath home is located steps from the beach and is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is very clean and comfortable. Communication with Turnkey is exceptional! I would highly recommend staying here.

Were able to walk to Cat & Cloud for coffee every morning and then walk the beach with coffee. Watched a seal play near the surfers. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood compared to the West side of SC. I stay here to visit my brother and it's a great central location for all of the things we do around town. Only thing I'll warn about is the parking spot is small. There are chairs out front, but we didn't get to use them because our van takes up the whole driveway. And when I had my brother meet us there, we had to squeeze to fit two cars. And both times I stayed here, we noticed that they only leave 2 rolls of TP. So both times, we had to go out and buy some. But those things don't detour us from coming back. Really like this place. It is 2 bedrooms, but the living room is a little crowded and there's not a lot of comfortable seating. But we spend most of our time out and about.

A well maintained and clean property that is ideally located to shops, restaurants and the East Cliff pathway within the Pleasure Point community. This house is situated in A safe, friendly and cozy neighborhood. During our stay, we were able to walk to many paces. Other attractions are a very short drive. We will definitely book this listing again as it was the perfect place to get away for a few days.

This cute cottage is located just a block off of Pleasure Point. The location cannot be beat. The house was clean and fully equipped. The only downside is the limited parking, with room for one medium sized vehicle. We will definitely be back!

This beach house had everything we needed + more. I brought my 12 yr old and my bestie brought her 13 yr old. It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, stores & a quick drive to all (Capitola, Boardwalk, Whole Foods). The house was clean & super comfy with updated everything! Someone took the time to anticipate all the basic needs of their guests.. There were nice touches throughout and we felt safe & at home in this sweet cottage. I will rebook this property again.

The house was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare meals. The house was very clean and inviting. It would have been nice to have 2 more beach chairs.

Cute little place in a prime location close to the beach. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all that was needed, and the washer dryer was great to have. Only thing to know is this is a partially converted building, so it seemed the living room didn’t have much insulation. Luckily there’s a good heater. Only other complaint is some of the kitchenware (pots/pans) should really be updated. But overall great sty.

Loved our stay! Beautiful cottage, extremely clean, with everything we needed. Perfect location. Only a 1/2 block walk to the coast where we were able to go for long walks every day along the coast down to Capitola and back. The Turnkey staff was very attentive and friendly, responding right away to questions and checking in periodically during our 1-month stay to make sure everything was going well. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Our family of three had a great stay in Santa Cruz. The cottage was clean and quiet and stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable week. It was Akaka super close to the beach, coffee shops, retail, and surf. We can’t wait to return!
