Lovely property. Spacious for our group of 5 with 3 full baths. Very clean upon arrival. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Nice grill for use. Outdoor area was amazing, multiple areas to relax, eat and of course swim. Good location, not “downtown” but that was good for us in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

Our only issue was that TVs in bedroom either had no service or we couldn’t figure it out. Only option was to sign into your own personal TV apps such as Netflix. Apps available were limited. The TV in the main space had live TV. This was a minor inconvenience as we did not watch much TV anyway.

Additional hefty fee to heat hot tub/pool

This home was amazing for the most part. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean. Bathrooms were beautiful and fully stocked with soap, towels, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Lots of extra linens. The pool and spa were awesome! The game room was a great added distraction for adults and children alike! The grills made it wonderful for a nice Saturday cookout. The view of the mountains was beautiful. Washer and dryer made keeping up with swimsuits easier. I wanted to be able to give this home a 10++ its beauty, comfort, all the little added details made it so nice that we almost didnt want to leave. But there was a couple things that were never communicated or answered by the management team so for those reasons alone are why i am not giving this a 10. If those items were addressed, we would most definitely book this hime again.

I hate to even mention the dislikes because we loved the home so much! The garbage in the game room was not changed when we arrived. It was full of alcohol bottles and had an odor. However the rest of the house was spotless. The door in the game room was unlocked. Luckily, i was there with others who went through and made sure there was no one in the home since we did arrive after dark. Both of those i could have overlooked, crap happens. But the biggest disappointment was that the microwave and oven did not work. We had driven from Michigan to California to visit with our Marine daughter. We wanted to be able to cook homemade meals for her. We bought items specifically for the oven and those items unfortunatelt went to waste. We impromised the best we could with some things. We did call multiple times and were there a week and never did get it fixed or communicated that a repair person was coming or anything. Very disappointed in that part. Especially with the cost of the rental, then losing money on wasted food.
