Przepiękny widok, okna na morze że wszystkich pokoi. Jak marzenie☀️💚 Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Bardzo blisko do tramwaju, prywatna plaża, niedaleko lokalny sklepik. Dobra komunikacja z centrum Alicante, a także innymi pięknymi miejscowościami np. Altea. Apartament idealny na wypoczynek. Na pewno tu wrócimy. Już tęsknię za tym widokiem i przepięknymi wschodami i zachodu słońca.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy, gdy czegoś potrzebowaliśmy, gospodarz służył pomocą 💚

Extremely delayed and caotic check-in process. The apartment management misrepresented previous messages regarding my arrival time. She only backed up after I sent proof (screenshot from the app). Subsequently, she kept putting excuses. To cut a long story short, I was only able to access the apartment around 4 hours after the initially agreed time. I was left outside in the intense Costa Blanca heat with my distressed children for 4 hours. In fairness to the manager, once she finally made it, she was apologetic. She even offered compensation. Unfortunately, this was yet again another lie. I only received compensation from Booking after the manager repeatedly failed to reply to booking customer service.

This apartment is incredible with stunning views you can never get tired of. Every room has a great view. Amenities are very good with great hot water pressure for showers (we were 6 ). Two minute walk to beach , 10 minutes to supermarket . Lots of restaurants nearby all walking distance. Again the beach nearby is fabulous. Also tram right in front of building. Approx 100m to Isleta station and 4 stops from Alicante ride.

Everything was great with our stay . But we had a hard time to find it . There are 3 roads from the shore all called the same Naciemiento the taxi was lost and didn’t know where to bring us so we had to walk down luckily there are elevators to get down below into next road . Had we known about Tram Isleta stop we would have been in front of appartement building 22. Once here it was amazing and the views and comfort made up for it . A small suggestion we were 6 only 5 towels for showers luckily we had our own beach towels and made a few extra rolls of toilet paper ; ) we had to buy some . Lastly missing dish towels to clean up kitchen we only used paper towels not as practical .

The view is actually incredible! The best thing to wake up to every single day. I stayed here with my family until they left. The host was really responsive via WhatsApp and was really understanding. I was able to still walk to the city centre, it was about 45min walk. It's a bit smaller than I thought..the photos made it look bigger but still an excellent apartment!

It was a bit hard to find at first, but the host was great. We had a slight smell in the apartment but we weren't there during the day and left the windows open for fresh air. One of the showers flooded a little bit but I just turned the water off to let it drain. No big deal..

Major work required on shower heads as water went everywhere. Apartment booked for 6 guests but only beds for 4 prepared in advance.

Sea view is the ONLY good thing about this place. Just like in the photos. But the price for the view is too high in comparison to the state of the appartment.

The place is in a bad state and needs renovation. The walls in the bathrooms are covered with mold. The place smells bad. They try to hide the smell with air freshners that give you a headache. Door handles are broken. You could get locked-in in the bathroom easily. They promise parking near the place, but there is no parking there. The nearest public parking is about 1 km away. The kitchen walls are covered with mirrows - nice idea, but the mirrors are old and need to be changed.
