Fantastic location for wine tasting. Comparable rates to local hotels.

Some of the furniture was old and needed replacement. The grounds weren't being kept up.

The only positive thing I can say is that it has 2 BRs and the kitchen is decent.

This place is completely charmless. Upon approaching the front door I noticed the welcome mat is really worn out, and there are dirt smudges on the screen door. The yard is weedy and unkempt. It was not a welcoming entry. The bathroom rug was dirty (with dried bits of someone's toothpaste foam). On the first morning we were unable to get hot water in the shower. The wifi was very weak. The bedside lamp in the smaller bedroom has no switch... it's either plugged in and on, or unpluged and off. The whole place is dark because of it being built into the hillside and getting almost no light from that side. The blinds (kitchen and TV room) have no adjustment to open them... you can either pul them up and get light in, or leave them down in the closed position, which blocks out the light. We phoned and the first day and someone came and repaired the hot water heater, replaced the dirty bathroom rug and fixed the wifi. This place shows no pride of ownership, even though the owners are absentee and have a company run the place. There is no pleasant outdoor space to hang out in. The hot tub is up a fairly steep and "rustic" stairway. We did not use it.
