The view and breaking waves are unbeatable!!! No swimming beach below but several within a short drive. The condo gets tremendous fresh breezes passing throughout the entire unit, and has a lovely dining area in a breeze protected patio overlooking the ocean. Ceiling Fans and individual AC units in every room allowed all to choose their comfort levels. A separate reading lift with tv and a spacious great room gave a larger family space to be comfortable at their own activities. Beds were very comfortable with additional blankets etc. Communication with host was superb and maintenance needs handled swiftly. No issues with door codes which are not uncommon in rentals. There are many stairs coming and going from parking, but nice hand rails if needed. Would definitely rent this unit again.

This property was clean, spacious, well-stocked and provided the most incredible view of the ocean, including whales, sea turtles, sunsets and crashing waves! Would definitely stay there again! (One note of warning to those with limited mobility: there are a number of steps one must take to get to the condo because it is on the third floor and there is no elevator; however, if that is not an issue for anyone in your party, then you will be well-rewarded upon arriving inside the condo.)

Our stay at the condo in Poipu was amazing! Our family of 4 had plenty of room and the condo was very well supplied! Lots of kitchen dishes and supplies, and I loved that there were so many beach supplies too (chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc.). The location can’t be beat - we loved having coffee every morning on the balcony and watching turtles, which we saw every morning! We also saw spinner dolphins one day! We will definitely be back!!

Can’t say enough good things about the owner, Steve, and the property manager, Paul. They were so flexible and easy to work with when one of our group almost missed our trip because of Covid. That being said, the condo was fabulous. It’s in an older building and has many steps leading to the top floor unit but you are rewarded by unobstructed views of the ocean! We sat on the patio every morning and ate breakfast watching the waves and sea turtles swimming. Perfect location - easy walk to Poipu Beach and everything you need for a day at the beach is at the condo. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker etc. The beds are super comfortable and the 6 of us had plenty of room. Definitely would recommend staying here. Clean, neat and very comfortable with the best views ever! Don’t let this one get away!

We absolutely loved staying here in B3! We were close to restaurants, market, and best of all the ocean….Which provided whales and turtles ❤️ The master bed and bath are updated and clean. We definitely recommend it.

This is one of our most favorite VRBOs we have stayed in. The ocean views are simply gorgeous! We watched sea turtles and whales from the patio every morning, incredible! The condo was very spacious for my family of 5 and it had everything we needed. It was in a great location too! Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this gorgeous waterfront penthouse. Perfectly appointed. Six adults stayed very comfortably here. The property manager was very responsive to every single request. We will be back!

This spot was perfect for our family vacation. The location and property lavish and were in setting with amazing ocean view and view up the coast, with a perfect sunset after a long day exploring the island. The kids also loved watching the turtles swim from the balcony. The club access also made for hours of fun while keeping active even on the days we didn’t want to drive much. It was pretty great.

The townhouse is spacious and, as pictured, has the most striking view of the water, turtles &dolphins included. Inside, everything is comfortable, modern &clean. The interior is well-decorated, &no detail was overlooked, from the thoughtful welcome basket with coffee &wine to the kitchen cabinets that are fully stocked with spices, cookware &appliances. We especially appreciated the strength &efficiency of the AC units during peak heat outside! The beach is a short & scenic walk away - under 8 minutes - & the townhouse is conveniently stocked with everything you might need for a day lounging out by the water: umbrella, chairs, beach wagon, & more. In the early mornings & afternoons, you can catch sea turtles & seals lounging on the sand! One of our favorite perks was the access to the Athletic Club. The amenities were beautiful, & there is ample opportunity to relax poolside after a workout. I enjoyed playing tennis on the outdoor courts, & the food & drink menu at the club grill is expansive & delicious. However, by far, the most special part of this trip was the townhouse itself. The location & amenities absolutely can’t be beat, & the complex itself is well-maintained. Situated peacefully on the bluff, you can spend hours out on the lanai, soaking in the view & luxuriating in the ocean breeze. No need to feel pressure to pack your day with activities to maximize your time on the island - everything you need is directly at your fingertips. It's truly an oasis at home.

My stay at this property was nothing but superb. Although nothing required his attention while I was there, Steve was extremely attentive to all my pre-vacation questions about restaurants, kids activities, excursions, hikes and Poipu Beach which was only a 7 minute walk away. The unit is immaculately clean and functional with open spaces and gorgeous views of the Pacific (I counted as many as 7 turtles at a time swimming in the surf below the lanai!). The beds were very comfortable, and everything in the unit worked as expected. The rhythmic ocean waves were so soothing. There is an A/C unit in each bedroom and the family/main room, and all functioned beautifully. The loft - above the family room and accessed via a stunning spiral staircase - is a second family room with a TV that the kids used while my wife and I cooked meals downstairs and planned the next day's events. The kitchen, which had everything we needed, is beautiful. Movie nights were perfect with the TV/sound system combo, for audiophiles like me. The complex is well maintained and clean, and I appreciated the off-street parking availability as well as the well-lit stairwells when we returned after going out to dinner. I used the grill in the pool area which was convenient, but we always ate our food on the unit's beautiful lanai, overlooking the waves and sunset! The athletic facilities were beyond expectations - the PBAC pool and workout facilities were a Disneyland for my kids, myself, and my wife.

If I could give a 10 star review I would! The townhouse was absolutely perfect with so many special touches it made the stay all the more perfect. The balcony and views of the ocean were breathtaking and the sound of ocean waves as you slept will make it hard to go home. The host/hostess also made traveling so easy by supplying shampoo/soap, basic kitchen and laundry needs and all the beach equipment you could possibly need. Even first aid supplies, bug spray and sun tan lotions were available. The gift of wine and coffee was very much appreciated. Our stay exceeded expectations and we’re sorry to go! Mahalo for a lovely stay!

Absolutely loved our stay. Very comfortable for 5 adults and it was well prepared for our visit. On its own it would have been great. It’s the view and the location, though, that made it incredible! Lots of turtles and two mornings we saw pods of dolphins swim by the condo. And just a few minutes from beaches we really liked, giving you a chance to snorkel and a chance to enjoy waves right next door to each other. Also grocery stores, restaurants and shopping very close by. In other words, we’ll be back!

This condo was so unbelievably beautiful and clean! I had actually seen it 6 years ago and said if ai ever visited Hawaii that is where I would stay. Back then I did not even know what Island it was on, but knew every morning I wanted to walk down the stairs and be greeted with that view! It had been upgraded since then and was so modern, open, clean and inviting. As other reviewers have stated seeing the big turtles right outside your balcony was so nice. There are a lot of stairs as others have also mentioned so keep that in mind if traveling with family that would have difficulty. Our trip was everything I dreamed it would be and more! I loved watching the sunset in the evening and hearing the waves crashing on the rocks. You will not be disappointed with this place! Book it!

We enjoyed our stay. Pros: Updated and nice interior and decor. Amazing TV and sound system. Everything you need is provided for the stay,not much need of supplies beyond food. Wine and coffee was supplied upon arrival Mattresses are extremely comfortable Nearby beaches are nice Beach equipment is provided A/C in the rooms blow cold Washer and dryer on site is very helpful Owner and local help very responsive to questions and needs. Cons: A/C is questionable in the main room, trouble cooling the main room. Light switch at the top of the stairs needs repair, same with the switch in downstairs bath. Beaches are not really that close at all and require driving to. Upstairs living room not really useable due to heat. Complex itself rather ran-down, weeds at the small soaking pool, pool bathroom light doesn’t work, lights along the stairs never turned on. Entry gate to the small pool is broken, needed to jump the fence to enter. Delay with check-in info (owner very accommodating and apologetic)

Not only is the house in a great location, it is perfectly maintained. Very thankful to have the opportunity to rent this home.

The location was perfect. It was close to the Poipu Beach and other great locations. The only drawback was the stairs to the unit. I still gave it 5 stars because it was worth the walk up the stairs

The beauty of the condo was only surpassed by the beauty of the ocean. The views from this oceanfront condo are fantastic! We all enjoyed relaxing on the lanai or in family room while being mesmerized by the ocean waves crashing on the rocks and gorgeous sunsets. The condo was very comfortable for us and our 4 adult children. It was well stocked with kitchen, bath, and laundry products. The beach items were also appreciated. Our group really enjoyed the access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club, particularly for the pickle ball courts and workout areas. The check-in and check-out procedures were very simple.

Stunning views (turtles and whales and amazing sunsets), great location, well stocked place. We were 2 couples, a few friends and a 10 year old. Lots of space for everyone. Covered porch was great, able to eat outside no matter the weather. Property manager was excellent to deal with, very accommodating. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap etc so don’t need to bring or buy a ton of stock things. We ate in every night and used the community bbq daily which was no problem. About a 10 minute walk to Poipu beach. They mention the stairs in the description, and there are quite a few which was not a problem for our group at all but would need to be considered if traveling with folks with mobility issues. Would stay again without hesitation.

Views were amazing! Parking was tricky, but once you figured it out, was fine. Everything we needed was there for us. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

The venue was spacious and in a great location and had an excellent and unobstructed view of the beach.

We loved the view of the ocean. Poipu is an ideal place to stay. Couch was comfy. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Parking garage was a little tricky. Overall highly rate this townhome.

You won't be disappointed with the view. Turtles were in the bay just below and easy to spot. Sunsets were spectacular. The condo was set up with everything we needed and more. We will be staying here again.

Gorgeous locations and property, responsive property manager, all beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a fabulous Hawaiian vacation. How wonderful to sit on the lanai watching the sunset, and after sunrise watching the turtles play in the cove right in our view. The additional access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was a real bonus.

My experience staying at this property was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing one. The host was accommodating and responsive, advising on any questions I had and making for an easy check-in process. The space itself was as depicted in photos - clean, serene and well-decorated. In person, it was even more spacious than I had imagined, and the oceanfront view is striking beyond imagination, with the windows in the living room, kitchen and upstairs bedroom providing full visual access (look out for turtles!) I was impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was with basic seasonings, cooking oils and all the supplies you might need to make meals (from cutting boards to measuring cups to a wide array of pots and pans). There's also a cupboard with extra towels and blankets, and a closet thoughtfully stocked full of athletic and beachfront supplies to facilitate activities on your trip. My favorite part, though, was waking up every morning and drinking coffee out on the dining table on the balcony as the sun rose. I've already recommended this spot to friends and hope to one day return when I'm back in Kauai. Thanks for a great stay!

Spent two nights in this gorgeous oceanfront property and thoroughly enjoyed our time. I travelled with friends and the place was more than large enough to accommodate us all. The property is right on the Oceanside with giant windows, so you have mesmerizing views of the ocean at any time of day. The “dining room” side of the balcony is the perfect place to wind down after a long day and watch the sunset as you enjoy your meal. Overall an excellent property and an excellent stay, would definitely return back!

We had the best time during our stay! We were looking for a great location, great undisturbed views of the ocean, some privacy and great amenities. We got in a bit late, but were still able to find B3! Once we did, we weren’t disappointed. The photos posted really is what you’re going to experience there. We loved that it was so spacious and decorated so well, modern with a tasteful Hawaiian flare. We especially loved the views from the balcony, the kitchen so we could cook, the laundry, and access to the Poipu Athletic Club. Our boys loved the pool! It’s so clean and fun for all ages. Paul and Hillary are also very responsive and accommodating. Please stay here. You won’t regret it!
