This was a very clean hotel. The night staff was friendly and helpful, as we checked in very late at night. The breakfast buffet in the morning was absolutely fantastic-everything tasted like it should taste! The room was clean and very comfy, and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Good choice!

This would have been perfect but the bed was absolutely awful!!! I barely slept the entire night because the bed was so uncomfortable. It was hard, lumpy and felt like sleeping on cardboard. It felt so old and just covered up by multiple mattress covers to try and make it softer. Even my daughter that can sleep anywhere complained about how awful the Mattress was. A terrible nights sleep

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, outdoor pool and free breakfast. The breakfast tasted great!!

Both my wife and I were sore for over a week and we each had to go to the chiropractor twice to get readjusted, and I haven’t been to the chiropractor in over 2 years. There were also 2 long hairs in the shower when we got there. The breakfast wasn’t that great either. Staff were nice and friendly and the 24 hour coffee bar was a nice surprise.

The staff was friendly and approachable. The property was convenient to locate and parking was usually available. The amenities were what to expect in a hotel. The room was a bit disappointing in the sense that there was trash left from the previous stay in between furniture pieces. Furniture stains were visible and obvious. Bathroom door had marks across the door from previous stay. Room mirror had finger smudges across it from previous stay.

Room was okay mainly because the hotel was old. I would have liked it to be more clean and have a better quality breakfast. I still believe that overcharging for dogs is not okay and somehow this property was the cheapest in the area.

My actual stay was fine, but when I tried to check in at 12:30pm, I was told it would cost me an extra $15.00 for early check in. I have been traveling for 60 years and never heard of anything like this. I will not stay here again even though I come to Yuma quite often.
