The house is huge and well located. However the house was not clean. Bathrooms were not well cleaned. Inside of the bathrooms was tired and worn. Minimum furnishings and no instructions on lights and TV or location and use of thermostats. Some lamps had no lightbulbs. Missing essentials like salt, pepper dishwasher pods. Pool and outdoor area were very nice and welcoming except pool furniture sparse and some broken. It’s a lovely house and some small touches could make it a real standout. Location is terrific and easy to find.

A/C upstairs where 2 bedrooms were was broken and even after “fixing” still was only able to cool to 84deg. Temp outside was 110. 3 of the guests were unable to sleep the first night and needed to get a hotel room for the second night. Asked host for refund but have not heard back. Also towels and sheets were stained and lots of hair. I removed a giant clump of hair from master shower just sitting on top of drain. Place is just not cleaned properly and not well maintained

The house was very spacious, but very dirty. Sheets, towels, appliances all dusty and dirty. Ceiling fans were filthy, turned on the kitchen fan and got dust everywhere. The kitchen faucet was not working, we had to call in and wait for hours before a plumber was sent out. Overall, house had many issues and was not clean.

We had a wonderful time in this home it checks all of the boxes for comfort and wide open space for a family of any size. We cannot recommend staying here if you plan on spend multiple days in Fresno.

We enjoyed the house overall. It was perfect for our stay as far as rooms and bathrooms go. Pool was great as well. However, there were no rags for washing, minimal towels as well. We had to go out and purchase several that we left. Only 1 television in the entire house. Our master bed was on the floor. No supports at all. Literally on the floor. The front door shut and locked back automatically. We learned this the hard way when we were unloading. Locked the key inside the house and had to contact the owner to discover garage code. This info would've helped in the check-in info, which was very minimal. All the dishes in the cabinet and drawers were dirty. ALL of them. Not one was clean enough to use. Had to wash all dishes before use. There was hair and dust in master bathroom on cabinets and floors. There was minimal furniture to sit on for a large family use. Chairs had no support in them. Bottoms were worn out. Only a futon in the family room area and two small couches in the main living room. Size - great. Cleanliness and use - needs work. Location - perfect.

Great place with great location!

The property was not clean. There was hair on the floor in two rooms, the towels were dingy to the point that two of the three couples staying washed them before using them. It is uncertain if the sheets were clean. There were soap rings on the floor of one shower and the floors in general had not been carefully vacuumed. Shelving paper in drawers and on shelves was soiled. There was toothpaste residue on a drawer in one bathroom. The house is poorly appointed especially in the kitchen. Only one ceramic plate, the others were plastic with cuts from usage. Arbitrary numbers of flatware and glasses, not much in the way of cooking utensils. The vent for the cooktop did not work. There was barely enough coffee for the visit and no other food stuffs at all. The house is big and could be very nice but it needs maintenance. One upstairs window would not close, some door hardware was falling apart, some missing. There were no instructions for using the house. The map VRBO uses did not show that the house was right by one of the busiest streets in Fresno, but indicated it was a couple blocks away from that street and its concomitant noise. We were in town for a wedding and were quite busy with that so there was no time to correct any of this, we just put up with it. The three couples staying in the house have owned rentals, including VRBOs and kept them clean, well appointed and in good repair, which is what should be taken for granted. Very disappointed.

We were on the property for about 6 days with family - adults and children. We were visiting from all over for a family wedding. Needed a place for multiple generations to stay together. Neitghborhjod is great. Very accessible. Looks very safe. House is large - like a mansion. Appears inside lived in but has the charm of a well kept home. Very quick and efficient communication with the owner/manager. Took care of things right away. Very pleased. Thank you for letting us in to your property. We made good memories there.
