Friendly staff,quiet,and close to the beach

Everything was great staff room was ok pool was nice would definitely go back

The beds was a little hard but it was ok had a great time at bel air

Even is a not smoking policy but need to designate a better area for smokers. Not allowing in front of the doors. I don't smoke but the person who rent next door room was like a chimenea at 6 am already smoking and every time I open the door all the smell get inside my room and give us nausea and headache. Appreciate if an any way the owner could provided an area far front doors like out of premises(sidewalk ) for smokers.

Absolutely disgusting. There were bed bug stains on the sheets and mattress. And when we told staff that we wanted a different room they said there was nothing wrong. And that there where no other rooms available. and went into the room and just put a new sheet on top of the dirty one. You heard that right. They left they dirty sheets on the bed and put a clean one on top of it to cover up the bed bug stains. When we told them we wanted a refund they then all of a sudden had an extra room available. And then they put up a fight when u said I wanted to check the room before they switched us, because I wasn't going to pay for a room that had the same problems as the first.

Great location

There is a difference between retro and old and worn out. Coffemakers were dirty and moldy and door and windows are not sufficient to keep out cold and damp on a rainy day.
