Beautiful large very clean and modern 2 bedroom 2 en suite ground floor apartment directly next to large communal pool and direct access onto the stunning long beach within 1 minute. High quality furnishings and well-equipped. Well located for access to amenities, restaurants etc in Fliq and Flaq. Friendly welcoming staff. Secure gated complex. Safe in apartment for storing valuables, passports etc.

We loved everything but the road leading to the accommodation has no lights and is muddy with potholes. Difficult to walk in day and night time. Also remember booties. Lots of coral on this beach

- The apartments are a stone’s throw from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius! - Very spacious and well equipped apartment, with everything we needed including dishwasher and washing machine. - We thought we booked a ground floor unit but ended up with unit B13 upstairs / stunning views from throughout the unit and very private. - Dedicated parking bay was a nice bonus. - We had a late / early morning flight and seamlessly checked in after 1am! Greatly appreciated this together with the refreshments provided. Appreciated the excellent service from Adeline and Prema and Hugo.

The bathroom in the smaller bedroom did not have windows or effective extraction, leading to musty smells and linen. This should definitely be attended to. My sister battled to sleep well through some of the nights. Otherwise, this was a dream apartment.

The chef recommended by the property was tremendous, excellent value, great food, and really a wonderful person.

The apartment provided was not the one pictured - only a partial ocean view and a set of stairs not mentioned in the listing. Furnishings were worn, towels were sandpaper, smelled like mildew on arrival which took a day to clear, there was a television completely missing from its wall mount, and the fan in the living room was broken. There were shoddy attempted electrical repairs. When I contacted the property manager to request a coffee maker (the property did not have one), I was told to use the tea kettle. When our bathroom door locked itself closed with no one inside (extremely dangerous given we were traveling with two small kids) I was told someone would be there in two hours(!). The property manager then ceased responding to my messages. I requested resolution or comment on the foregoing issues on Saturday (day two of the stay) via the Booking app, and recieved a reply from the property ON TUESDAY. Three days after checkout. There were no checkout instructions and no one to check out with. This is a dingy, over-priced apartment in a decent area, with atrociously poor customer service. Travelers can find much better for the same price elsewhere.

The facility's location is gorgeous; we had an apartment on the ground floor with easy access to the swimming pool and ocean. It is safe and equipped with everything you need for a week or an extended stay. The common area in the apartment is big and comfortable for relaxing.

The furniture in the kitchen was not fresh and required an upgrade. The mattresses and air conditioner are pretty loud, so when it is hotter weather, it could disturb you while sleeping. There is also some smell of mold; I hope that proper ventilation can minimize it for the next guests.

The location on the beach is brilliant. With kids it is excellent place to stay. The location is also convenient for discovering the island. It is possible to go by boat from the apartment to see dolphins and whales if they are not far away. We had lovely boat trip.

Old TVs and no YouTube and Netflix, in the evenings for kids would be nice.

Apartment was clean and large, view was amazing! Beach was close and good for swimming. Restaurants were by walking-distance.

in one of the bedrooms was constant smell (odour) from the canalization system. so the door of the bathroom had to be closed all the time to stop the spreading of the smell

Low water pressure in showers then we had no hot water. I messaged the host but had no reply, so we had like warm showers for the last 2 days.

Apartment is very close to the beach and you can easily step out of your living room to go swimming. Also it's a very secure and clean place.

The propert was very clean and everything was good including the staff and 24 hour concierge service. The private beach within 1 minute walk was beautiful and a perfect location for a holiday in Mauritius.
