Not clean at all, this property have wired smell and spider web everywhere, saw more than 20 spiders and cockroaches. Not worth for the money

Easy to find, great location with an amazing view. The house was comfortable, the facilities wete great and there was everything we needed to cook amazing meals at night. Most definitely great value for money and will definitely be returning in the future.

The house was great, clean and well equipped with neccesities. Clive was amazing, we were stranded in Whitianga after both roads leading out of the area was blocked. We were in contact with Clive over the phone, who was very helpful and supportive, trying to help us find a way out or to find accommodation for the day.

The views from the balcony were incredible. It was a shame the weather wasn't great the weekend we stayed.
The kitchen facilities were great, bathrooms spacious and clean, heaters in each room provided good warmth during our stay.
Sheer curtains in the bedroom meant the light shone through in the morning.
