Chalet Alpina exceeded our expectations, we were greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly and accommodating. The chalet itself was spacious and very clean, everything felt luxurious and of high quality, the amenities were all brand new, bonus were the heated tiles in the bathrooms, although we stayed during the summer season, it would be a godsend during winter and ski season. The decor was amazing, the living areas were spacious and comfy, we had almost a full chalet but you barely heard or ran into anyone else. The breakfast was delicious with freshly baked bread and continental breakfast available. Tea and coffee was provided throughout the entire stay and the optional paid meals were delicious.

There were issues with wifi and we found someone else's dirty T-shirt under the bed.

what a place. 10/10 for everything. Jules was a dream, so helpful and had heaps of recommendations for the area. bed was so so comfortable. rooms where clean and the ensuite was fab. loved it. plus the selections of tea and coffee and snacks/fruit. highly recommend.

It was clean, modern, newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast was fantastic. Was given a to-go bag for our early starts filled with great healthy food. Room was very warm and comfortable. Great really comfortable sitting area to enjoy a wine in front of the fire after a big day skiing.

Parking was tight.

They made us an awesome take away brekkie because we were up and out early.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options were great each morning. The location was excellent, super close to lots of dinner options if you wanted to walk or a super quick drive. Excellent interior furnishings, really eye catching signage and beautiful external building, it really stands out from the other properties on the street. The drying room made available to guests for ski boots was INCREDIBLE. Never had a drier boot. Also loved the heated bathroom floor

We had no issues whatsoever with the staff, service or facilities. Only recommendation we could make would be to maybe add some foam to door frame, as it’s close quarters when younger guests slam doors it can wake you up in the early hours of the morning.

We had a two night stay at Chalet Alpina and were blown away by everything about it. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Nina, Paul and Sara and made to feel so comfortable and at home. The accommodation is impeccable - Nina has done such an amazing job renovating it (we were there in November 2021 when Nina was taking over) and the amount of love and care she’s put into it shines through. The facilities are warm and inviting with multiple communal areas, including a separate play area for the kids. The breakfast is amazing with the option to take away or eat in. Both options were great but I’d recommend eating in - we were lucky enough to have a selection of home made muffins, bircher muesli, sourdough / fruit loaf breads and quiche. This was in addition to bacon, eggs, hash brown and baked beans - not to mention the selection of cereal, juice, coffee and tea! Nina has significantly raised the bar for Jindabyne accommodation, we highly recommend staying here and have no doubt that you’ll love it as much as we did. Thank you Nina, Paul and Sara for our stay, we cannot wait to return!
