The stay at bay harbor one vacation was excellent, the neberhood was very safe and secured the place is very interesting and amazing, close to the peach and all other facilities.

Place is a smoking 🚬 apartment and also has other odors. The cigarette smell made me sick and I was forced to get another place place during art Basel and ended up paying for a new hotel at top dollar. Host would not refund nor acknowledge that the apartment smells like cigarette smoke.

Perfect spot for family of 4 to combine vibrant city life with good shopping, multiple deli and dining options as well as a beautiful beach in walking distance. the roof top made a stunning start into the morning. thanks to the caring staff, we found everything in place felt really welcome. even our late arrival caused no problem- and in no time things have been arranged. we will come back next time in Miami Beach.

The location of the property was great.The property was clean and well decorated. We asked for extra towels and higher floor and they were able to accommodate us. The host was very professional and kind and provided excellent customer service.

This place is a very well maintained condominium on the Bay Harbor Islands: the building itself is new and clean, the apartment is spacious, bright and modern with minimalistic interior design - simple and monochromatic palette. We found the neighborhood and the apartment itself to be family-friendly. While walking/driving in the area, we saw a lot of families with kids and pets strolling around. The apartment was very well-equipped: we had all necessary kitchen utensils and cookware (including a Magic Bullet blender to make delicious homemade food for our toddler). Our host Alysia was very attentive and professional. We will definitely come back!

Amazing place, All the furnitures are like new. A lot of space in the apartment, Super comfy beds and all you need for a Fantastic stay. The apartment is sparkling clean! Great rooftop pool where you can watch the sunset. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. Fast responses and incredibile hospitality from Alysia the host. 12 min walk to the Beach! I will definitely be back in this property with my family. Highly recommended!!
