My experience was terrible as soon as you walk in a hole in the wall from the door being slammed so many times against it and when you walk in the house, it smells like mildew also mold in the bathroom in the ceiling and mold in the bedroom on the AC

Not as advertised! But by night 2 I’m like “ehh” 😂😂

Great property for a family vacation, had everything we needed & great pool to cool off. Staff was very quick to respond & very helpful when we had a few questions/asks. Definitely woll stay again next time we're in town

Very good, nice spacious apartment. It actually had everything what we need it. Parking for our car was always available. We fully recommended the place. We came without kids, but great place to come with the kids as well... Quiet place, only heard the neighbours(especially the kids running on the floor) but nothing major.

I loved this apartment! Very clean, comfortable and modern, and it has everything you may need. The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach and Bal Harbor shops. Staff was very friendly and we could check in earlier.

The photos show a renovated property, ours was not. The building does not feel safe since there is no type of security to enter it. Cleaning was good and communication was without any problem.

Horrible!! Run down place and really not recommended! The pictures are way nicer than real life Had a hard time checking in, and couldn’t reach owner.

Love the area. Its next to all the Jewish shopping and shulls. The only thing i would change is the matrass. Other then that all was very good. Clean and safe area. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍 💯

The property was clean, beds were comfortable! Easy entry and check in. East parking.

The building is very OLD dated and lack basic amenities. The windows are broken and the AC made way too much noise. It’s not worth the money. Do not stay here.

We loved the location and the area. Easy access to restaurants and the beach but far enough that it was quiet at night. Good communication, too. One complaint I have is that the floor was not clean. There are some areas in which the flooring was damaged, and a portion of it was covered with an area rug. I would definitely stay here again!

Put some blackout shades up in the bedroom. Try to communicate earlier- i recieved messages too late.

The shower is not working there was no hot water and also the electricity keeps going off and everything shuts off

The location is great. The apartment is spacious. I rented this place because of its location and the kitchen since I want to be able to cook my own food. All you need for cooking is there, I wish they had 4 storages food containers :) The place needs attention with cleaning and the hot water was not as hot as I personally wish.

This was a perfect location close to my Father’s condo. We were visiting for his 90th birthday. The unit is in a very old building which has been nicely updated but has some issues. Nice pool area. The property manager was easy to contact, friendly, and quick to remedy some minor problems.

Everything was good but some stuff wasn’t up to standard, cleanliness was 2.5/5 because some dishes were dirty and there was old food in the oven. Also no toilet paper when we first arrived, had to call and ask for some.

I liked the space and overall layout of the 2 bedroom unit but the towel bar in the bathroom had to be fixed during my stay by maintenance because the right side of the towel bar was loose and was coming out of the wall. The unit only had a TV in the living room, not in the bedrooms. The sliding door to the shower was a little difficult to slide on the last night of our 4-night stay. Also the stove top in the unit didn't appear to work when I tried to use it to cook something in a skillet.

The property is well maintained. Very nice furniture.

The apartment was so clean and spacious. The pool side was lovely in the night time for a late night swim. Location was also great! 10/10 would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

Just needed a place to sleep, rooms were clean ac was cold. Would have liked another interior lock on the front door but over all pleased.

The positives about the place is it is very spacious, the property manager is quickly responsive and the pool area was nice. The negatives were this was a “budget” property but in a very high end neighborhood with super expensive restaurants and not really close to anything touristy, so definitely will need a car. We heard squealing, scratching, squeaking and something running around noises that sounded like they came from the walls. When notified property manager he said they did have squirrels and iguana problems that he had pest control come out for in the past. There was a back door exit and it looked like something had opened the door. The walls are not soundproof you could hear neighbors and outside noises pretty clearly. There was a really bad musty smell that never went away and we found a lot of super tiny orange ants in the kitchen and bathroom area. This place has potential if they can fix the problems listed. I probably would not stay again.

Me and the wife had our first opportunity without our kids to have a little get away. We get to this place only to find that pictures of our rooms were not even close to what we thought we booked. We could look past that but there was an obvious odor that immediately gave my wife a migraine. Hotels.com tried there best to help in the case but the property manager claimed all rooms were freshly painted and was unwilling to give a refund or help in any way except for changing to another room with the same issues. Me and my wife couldn’t stay here at all and were forced to find a better place. Future hotel stayers beware this place has poor customer service and only cares to communicate when it benefits them.

Apartment was not clean smelt like cigarettes when we turned the AC on and shower had mold and main bedroom was hot.Towels were dirty so did not use them.Dryer in a terrible condition.
