I loved the room it was cute!!! We had no problems at all getting in the room. The beach was right across the street, AWESOME!!! It was construction and some was blocked but it was still cool!! We did think we were getting the room with the stove to cook because that's what the pictures had and also the one I picked, and we didn't have a washer or dryer to help out when checking out so we removed all laundry and sit by the door and took trash out. Other than that we were satisfied with what we had. The area closed early around us so we went and visited other places! Thanks for your services. We recommend this hotel!!! Pass A Grill

Location Location Location was the key to this unit. Being across from the Beach was ideal for us, since that was the goal of the trip. Having the balcony was wonderful for either morning coffee having dinner and watch the Sunset.

This first floor condo is in a perfect location within walking distance of great food, nice shopping, beautiful sunsets from our terrace.

The studio unit was clean and comfortable and the building was well maintained for its age....had everything you needed to enjoy a beach visit. The beach in Pass-a-Grille is beautiful and after sunset is basically deserted / private. Taking a quiet evening stroll is recommended. Shops, food and a very cool museum are within walking distance. Already looking forward to a return visit.

Great overall stay. The room was clean and well maintained. It had enough amenities (refrigerator. micro-wave, closet space, comfy bed) to meet our needs. Bathroom area a little tight but manageable. Only negative was the construction out front to stabilize the second floor deck. It was quite noisy during the day. It was obvious this work had been going on for some time and we felt we should have been notified beforehand regarding this matter. However it did not impact our stay too much as we were rarely in the room during the day. We were still able to view many memorable sunsets from the above mentioned deck. This would have easily been a 5 star experience without the construction work.

The location could not have been more perfect. Other guests at complex were a delight. We have fallen in love with Pass A Grille. Wish the cost was lower so we could go more often!

The condo was nice we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues. The ceiling fan could not be turned off when the light over the bed was on. The switch that controls the fan was broken and it's stuck on high. That needs to be fixed. The A/C made an annoying buzzing sound about every 3-5 minutes. Being a light sleeper made it hard for me to stay asleep.

Etc) were great for the beach across the street. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Mattress was very comfortable. Building itself is need of updating, but nothing the unit owner can do about that. Parking was tricky but both days we managed to find a parking nearby. Beach was beautiful and we walked to nearby restaurants.

Booking went smooth, it is the second time I have stayed in this unit and I enjoy that it has a king bed. It is very comfortable. We had a great time and will be back again. I love the location. Plenty of restaurants close by and the beach is just across the road. The balcony is a fun place to socialize.

Paradise
Location, location, location! The unit we stayed in was comfortable, clean and perfectly located. It also has an outdoor balcony overlooking the Gulf which was beautiful. The building`s common areas were cleaned daily. Very good experience. We will definitely come back

My husband and I are native Floridians. Pass-A-Grille Beach is our favorite beach. The location, property, and Condo were perfect for us. We can`t wait for our next stay!!

Perfect for a long weekend. Loved the culture of the local bars and restaurants. Everyone so friendly and welcoming! The unit was quite comfortable and very clean, and stocked with all you need. And most of all, the perfect beach right out our door!

We Love Pass-a-Grille
We love Pass-A-Grille and have visited numerous times over the last dozen years. We have stayed in this building many times and once before in this unit. The King-size bed is super comfy. We were a little disappointed that the windows appear to be sealed and screens removed, so you can't open for fresh air or to hear the ocean. We only had one bath towel provided, and the fan remote was MIA. We noted to owners a couple of times without remedy, but we made do (we brought extra towels anyway) and it was fine.
