The property itself is beautiful. The property management company Vacasa is AWFUL!!!!!! The code we were given to get into the condo didn’t work and it took over an hour to reach someone for help even after they said please text and I did and they didn’t reply to that until the NEXT DAY!!!! I did get ahold of someone on the phone who reset the code and it worked. I later found out the previous guests had the same problem being locked out so clearly they don’t set the code when they are supposed to. Then we walked in to stifling temperatures we figured the cleaning people had turned it up totally normal but no the coils on the ac unit were frozen up and water was all over the floor. We tried to open a window or the slider but no screens it got up to 81 no sleep!!!! Called and sent pictures of the frozen coil and water so they would know to call a heating and cooling company they did not they send the maintenance guy who can’t fix ac so another day and night of uncomfortable sleeping etc it got up to 81 in the condo. 2 nights and days of our stay in an uncomfortably hot condo. When we reported the air we also let them know the light on the ceiling in the front bedroom wouldn’t work and the fan jn the bathroom didn’t work they said they would add it to the work order but didn’t do the maintenance guy had no idea about those things either but he did fix them for us. I have tried so hard and literally have made 12 phone calls to Vacasa nothing!!! Don’t use them!!!

We all came from different areas to partake in the St Pete Marathon Challenge. The condo we stayed at was perfectly located diagonally across the street from where we had to go for all 4 races. It was ideal!

This condo was amazing. It had a great location with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees daily in the bay. I don’t think the listing gave the property justice. It was far above our expectations. We will be back!

The condo was well furnished, the kitchen well stocked, except there was no place to store food items. Loved the shower heads, the beds were nice, the view of the bay spectacular. Only other suggestion is to have easier access to a hose for cleaning beach equipment. Overall a beautiful property that I would book again.

Clean and nicely decorated and supplied with all of the things we needed. Close to the beach and within walking distance of many places. Would definitely return to this property again.

Great property. Everything was easy and clean. Beach cart was a life saver.

The views, the views, the views. Perfect, gorgeous, Did I mention the views? Fireworks display over the beach from the front balcony was amazing. Loved watching the sailboats from the balcony and even the storm rolling in. Very comfortable and well stocked condo. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. Every evening the manatees would come and play by the dock.

Great communication from Vacasa throughout the experience. Simple arrival instructions with everything sent in advance. The condo is very well appointed and has everything we needed. The TV in the lounge is one of the largest I have seen!. Great views of the bay where we saw dolphins and manatees - it doesn't get better than this. Easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful place to stay!!! Amazing sunrise! Can see the bay and the ocean from this condo and you don’t have to crane your neck to see them. Friendly people around the park pool and condo! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone to stay! Will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!!

Perfect location, beach access and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Great heated pool and BBQs

Everything was great. Clean. Beds were comfortable. A quiet place to spend a week. Pool and hot tub were both comfortable temperatures and the pool deck was never busy at all.

The condo was very comfortable for six adults. We loved the view of the bay from the balcony and sunsets from the front breezeway. The grounds, pool and dock were well maintained and very pretty. The beach is just a quick walk across the street. We highly recommend this resort!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. The view from the 5th floor is gorgeous and the balcony furniture was cute and comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked. Our only complaint is that the window coverings in the bedrooms do not block any light out so the sun shines in first thing in the morning preventing any sleeping in. Also, the plumbing in the master shower needs to be fixed. Neither of these warranted a lesser rating as the condo really nice!

Property is in a great location, across the street from a public access walkway to the beach. Public Sunrunner bus stops in front of the property going in both directions. Clean, quiet condo.

Condo was great. Plenty of room, clean, furnished nice, and a great view from balcony and front door. Pool area was never busy, and kept up daily. Manatees we’re almost always in the water beside the dock! The beach is just across the street and through the Tradewinds parking lot. The beach was never too busy, we always had the same spot on the beach, with no one ever closer than 20-30 ft from us.

The place was very nice. Small, but clean. All we really did was sleep and eat the occasional meal. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and everything you need for cooking. The grounds are very well maintained. The inlet was beautiful. They even have their own manatees that came to visit. We had the best of both worlds, sunrise from the balcony and sunset from the front porch! Would definitely stay again!

The condo itself was exactly as advertised. It was easy access to the beach right across the street. The regular public access was unavailable due to construction, but we were easily able to get to the beach through the parking lots between hotels. Since we flew to St. Pete Beach, it was EXTREMELY beneficial to have access to beach chairs and even a cooler and cart, which is shown on one of their pictures. We had everything we needed for a relaxing trip (even if we did find out we were just a bit younger than the average age of most of the condo tenants).

My husband and I stayed in this updated gorgeous condo. Everything available from plenty of bath and kitchen towels, bedding, beach equipment, wagon, beach towels, cooking equipment....I cannot say enough how perfect thus place was! In the center of all restaurants imaginable, close to Pass-a-Grill, close to Treasure Islsnd. The patio with the high top stools was priceless as you could watch manatees or boaters or absolutely perfect sunrises. Front patio had 2 chairs to watch the sunsets! Thank you and we will definitely be back next year sooner than later!!
