Following our recent stay at 38 calle francisco de quevedo, I would like to report the following concerns we have regarding the accommodation-: Top bedroom. Shower door leaks adjoining bedroom wall causing flooding in bathroom. Air conditioning. We were not given any instructions and did not know to or expect to empty the buckets of water collected on top bedroom & front double bedroom balconies. These overflowed onto the lower balconies & down the interior wall in top bedroom above a/c electric socket. Back bedroom terrace has no railings or lighting to prevent a serious accident or indeed death from an approximate 20 foot fall. Back bedroom. The shutter only worked on day 1. My friend could not open or close the shutter with the remote control for the duration of her holiday. Kitchen. Hot water machine failed to heat water hit enough to make a decent cup of tea Lounge. None of us could connect to the WiFi as per instructions for 2 networks and passwords labelled on the router and a 3rd given by silvia the manager Lounge. We couldn't operate the TV. When switched on it displayed a notice that it wasn't tuned in. Reported to Weforyou Pool area. As the only 2 sunbeds between 4 of us were placed on a perilous terrace. We moved them to the pool area. They were heavy and cumbersome to carry down 2 flights of steep stairs inside & 3 flights of stairs outside. Didn't realise this was a shared area as it didn't say in the description Pool. Dirty lining with floating debris and dead insects. My friend has to use the net to clear the surface before we could enter it Top bedroom chair unsafe to sit on as any weight causes the legs to give way Top and first floor bedrooms had two single duvets not joined and kept splitting in two causing a void of only sheet in between Top bedroom.
