It looks nice on the inside and the property was well-maintained on the outside.

There were no towels in the unit. The floor towel was bolt and when you walk on it, it felt like you were going to fall through the floor. The appliances sound like squeaking animals are in the unit when you use them. The bathrooms are small. the tenants on the property are rude to the rental guest and they make statements like you people and I’m African-American, which is racist. It is a place for retired older people not for families. They have too many rules for the pool area.

Convince of location to all the family things to all the amenities of north Myrtle beach

Broken things, pool wasn’t open after it stated it was an appeal to the location.

The cleaning was speachless .Expecialy the towels were white and soft.

There were not lot kitchen equipments 3-4 knives,1-2 spoons.The outdoor pool and hot tube was not working . I had chosen this accommodation because of pool and hot tube

Very nice space!

The pool veiw was of a grren pool that was shut down. The other pool was on the other side of the complex not walking distance for us. There were no trash bags which would of been ok if I would of known. Also we have a family of 4 and only 3 forks.

This place was clean. Easy to get to and neighborhood was great.

The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, very roomy and comfortable.

Everything would have been good excellent except for it being on the second floor, the people below came to ask for no noise on the first day we arrived because they had babies but I had a toddler as well so I don't understand why they had to ask for no noise. Also the pool was a bit too dirty.
