Super curat, liniște și foarte confortabil. Totul a fost perfect.
La baie este cada, eu prefer cabina de duș, dar asta nu e vina proprietarilor, este vorba strict despre preferințele mele. De altfel cada arata ca noua, deci curățenia primează.

Locatie foarte buna in mijlocul statiunii Poiana Brasov. Sunt doua cladiri alaturate, una este Pinul iar cealalta este Mesteacanul. Noi am stat la Mesteacanul. Terasa generoasa care leaga cele doua cladiri are scaune, mese, canapele si leagan pentru relaxare. Sub terasa se afla un centru SPA (cand am fost noi inca nu era finalizat inca dar se lucra la el). Aparat de cafea si ceai in zona receptiei si zona de lounge cu semineu. Camera si baia au fost curate, potrivite ca marime, ne-au fost oferite prosoape si articole de igiena. Gazda este o doamna foarte ospitaliera, binevoitoare si dornica sa asigure turistului o sedere cat mai placuta.
A fost racoare noaptea.

Ne-a placut tot, gazda primitoare, nu am dus lipsa de nimic, ne-am simtit ca acasa! Multumim! Mai revenim!

Amplasarea vilei, faptul că am primit o camera mult mai bună decât ceea ce am platit , ospitalitatea personalului și cea a doamnei administrator .
Pentru saltea cred că ar fi fost foarte bun un topper.
La check in am simțit miros de țigară, care cu greu s-ar dus din camera, probabil cei dinainte fumaseră prin baie, pe balcon și au ținut ușa deschisă, chiar nu știu ...

The place is in a very good location and the host is very friendly and helpful.

The host was super friendly. The place is amazingly easy to find and gives easy access to the surrounding area. The rooms were warm and cozy. There was a good parking spot, albeit quite tight, but this is to be expected.
Some of the facilities at the location could use some improvement. Some groups can get very noisy and it's almost impossible to sleep once this happens, although this is not the host's fault.

- the triple room was warm and cozy
- water, tea, coffee available, although there was no coffee in the machine
- service: no cleaning during a 5 nights stay (although they mentioned at check-in that they would clean every 3 days)
- unfunctinal spa: pool not working, jacuzzi advertised, but could not be used, only the sauna was available on call, when the property manager had time to prepare it
- plumbing broke on the third night and we were supposed to move to another room on the other side of the building or use a shared bathroom in the corridor
- old furniture in the triple room
- unconfortable bed & pillows
- bad wi-fi in the triple room upstairs
- bad lightening in the room

Perfect Mountain view. Hostess was very kind.
The key- keeper lost key before our check in, so walk for an hour or more and after that they give us another room.
Our room was under the roof and in was very hot, and without air conditioner. No mosquito protection on the windows.
The room was very dirty, died insects, and dusty carpets.1 men- personal only. very dirty bathroom where you can't stand because of low ceiling.
The pool was out of order. the coffee machine is only in lobby.
