Avec ses nombreuses activités sur place (vélos, paddleboard sur place et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances non-fumeurs a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Grâce au parking de l'hébergement, vous pourrez aisément faire le trajet de 3 minutes jusqu'à Emerald Isle Adventures ou de 4 minutes jusqu'à Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier (jetée).
Cette maison de vacances vous invite à la détente avec un jardin, du mobilier d'extérieur et un bain à remous où savourer un délicieux cocktail. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi et télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite.

I am not sure I could say enough nice things about this place! The house was equipped with everything you could ever ask for! We absolutely loved being able to take the golf cart to the beach and driving it around the neighborhood! There is a cute pier you can go to the bay side that was really nice! The house location could not have been better. Linda thought of anything you could ever need at the beach, chairs, sun shade, bikes etc! The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean! Linda was such a great host, kept us updated when we could get into the house, made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Made sure we knew about incoming weather during our stay. I cannot wait to stay at this house again for our next vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine House overall. Very clean and well stocked. The use of the beach chairs, Shibumi, and golf cart made this place worth it alone. It is a very easy golf cart ride to the beach and several dinner places within Emerald Isle. Communication was great and the owners are very nice. Our only and biggest con, is that the listing is a bit misleading, this is a Duplex!! Luckily there was nobody on the other side. Upon arrival while waiting to get in, we were yelled at over outdoors cameras for being on the wrong side of the carport by the other owners. We didn’t have further issues because we then knew to stay on the other side. We still felt watched all week by the other owners cameras and there are cameras all over the property. I am thankful that the host only utilizes theirs when vacant. Absolutely nothing the host did wrong on that end, just feel it could have been avoided with better communication that this is a duplex.

Sunshine House has it all! We had an amazing 7 days here and can’t say anything bad about our stay. The house had everything we needed for cooking, for the beach and for our family of 5 to have a great vacation. Communication with the owner was friendly, helpful and informative. Neighborhood was quiet, but yet close to all the things we wanted to do. We were sad to leave!

House was very well stocked, all the conveniences to make the stay great! You can tell a lot of care was put into making the home a nice play to visit and relax. We loved the incredible golf cart, it made going to the beach so fun! The surrounding neighborhood is pretty and quiet, it has a really homey feel that was nice to come back to after a fun day at the beach. All in all a great experience.

My family and I had a great experience at this property. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was extremely reliable, friendly, and answered all questions/concerns in timely manner. The location was beautiful, and the golf cart was an added bonus.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine House! Very clean and well decorated. It was well stocked and we had everything we needed there. Very nice neighborhood! Great communication with host - Linda. She was very nice and helpful. We will certainly stay there again.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, the ability to use their beach chairs and towels, and the quietness of the location. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality pots and pans. The house is nicely decorated and uncluttered. An overall enjoyable time was had by all.

This home was absolutely gorgeous! It accommodated all our needs and the host had everything handy (shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, etc). The home was also close to the beach and had a golf cart available that made beach access easy. The host was fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine House! Cleanliness is a major factor in where we stay and if we return to places. Let me just say, this was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed! The only thing we didn’t realize was that this is a duplex so when we arrived there were people setting on one of the decks and at first I thought it was accidentally double booked. We lucked out and had the nicest family renting the other side and enjoyed evening conversations with them! The house is incredibly sound proof as we didn’t hear the other family even once when inside. Also, we truly appreciated that every single thing someone could forget or need, they had available….Towels, shampoos, appliances etc. The golf cart they provide was one of the highlights. It was great being able to use that to travel to and from the beach and to some of the shops! To top it off, the owners are wonderful communicators and so sweet. If you are considering staying here you should, you won’t regret it!

We absolutely loved Sunshine House! It was one of the most comfortable and well furnished homes we've ever stayed at. The beds were heaven, it was beautifully decorated and it had EVERYTHING we could have asked for or wanted. The golf cart was the highlight of our mini-vacation. It was so much fun taking it to the beach and out to the very close-by places for dinner and drinks. Thank you Linda for sharing your home with us - you are wonderful host!!

The house was spotless super clean and comfortable
We were there this Christmas 2022 they even had a Christmas tree! The grill was on the parking level would have liked it in the deck but ABSOLUTELY NO BO COMPLAINTS
Hopefully will be back this summer for a full week!!

I came to North Carolina to visit my son for Thanksgiving. I hit the jackpot when I found this place, and these wonderful people. First of all, Linda is just terrific. She is beyond hospitable, very friendly and just a joy to talk with! The townhome is absolutely beautiful, well decorated, homey, comfortable, beachy, warm, well appointed, extremely clean, and essentially all I was looking for. Everything you could need is there!
I made a nice Thanksgiving dinner, and we relaxed, watched TV, went out exploring and rested.
The beds were beyond comfortable! We both slept well! I loved sitting on the porch and with my morning coffee, relaxing, watching the birds and enjoying the beautiful grounds.
This experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend staying here. I will absolutely return when I visit next. Home away from home!

Wonderful experience with owner and this beautiful beach cottage. Our families first visit to Emerald Isle was greatly enjoyed! First on our list when booking a house is cleanliness and this house was the cleanest place we have ever stayed!!! Perfect space for our family with two teenage girls. The furniture is new and comfortable. I loved the modern white beach decor. Beautiful fully stocked kitchen. It was a peaceful place to sit and read, relax and play games as a family. The golf cart was definitely a great add on. We enjoyed loading it up for a quick drive to the beach with no sand in our vehicle. The bikes were enjoyable to ride thru the quiet friendly neighborhood. Plenty of great local restaurants and stores conveniently located. Local park is a couple streets over where we enjoyed pickleball and tennis courts. The owner Linda was extremely great with communicating and going beyond to accommodate our family.
Emerald Isle and this cottage is definitely a place we would love to return.

Beautiful place in a great location!
I was nervous about renting a place without any reviews but we had to reschedule our vacation on a short notice. The place was a gem! It was really nice to have the beach chairs and beach towels and beach tent to use. The go cart was so nice to get around in. My family really enjoyed it! They were very tentative and made sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend 4Js!! Their chais are the best!! Looking forward to visiting again soon!
