I have already sent Michael a long list of suggestions to give to the owner to improve the ambience and desirability of this place - the house has many good attributes - the place just needs to be furnished much better. We enjoyed our stay there, especially the lanai at the back and the patio at the front - the patio bricks are dangerously uneven but that should not be a great task to fix. Michael and his staff were extremely helpful during our stay.

irst, I would like to thank you for your prompt responses to our requests regarding entrance combination, etc. However, I feel compelled to discuss the state of this rental property, so as to prevent others from such a negative experience. The initial visual of this rental was mediocre at best, not as depicted in the advertising. The front yard was very unkempt, plastic bottles in the bushes paper trash around the supposed wonderful sitting area in the front. The backyard was filled with limbs and brush all over and generally a mess. Secondly, upon entering the house the overwhelming smell of sewage greeted us and was tracked to the bathroom in the master bedroom. It is obvious that sewer gas is permeating the house and needs immediate attention. No amount of air deodorizers can compensate for this situation. Additionally, this could be a health hazard. I recommend you encourage the owner to use some of the profit from this rental to enhance the experience for any future renters. I am highly disappointed with this rental and am tempted to post my review on VRBO, travel advisor, etc. We have been coming to the Naples Park, Vanderbilt beach area since 2009 and this is the first truly negative experience we have had. That is why we decided to leave 4 days early and only hope that this situation is resolved. For what they charged I would have expected the basic amenities that comes with a 4 star + hotel.

Nice house and back yard. Very clean. Great location

The patio areas were too dirty and unmaintained to use. The inside of the house was ok but old stained carpets. Sprinkler system went on in the morning with a toilet smelly water all over the property, with a leak on the driveway spraying the dirty water on our car. Property management Mike Z realty did not call back and ignored the complaint. Check in also difficult since the door lock was not ready like promised and we couldn't enter for a while since we could not reach them on the phone.
