Cleanliness, had everything, proximity to town, easy access
A good option would be if some beds were twins or king singles rather than queens, gives more options for sleeping arrangements

House was amazing 👏 5 huge bedrooms, 2 huge bathrooms, super kitchen, bbq and yard. Everything you could think of, it was a great place to spend catching up with friends. So close to town, easy walk to pubs, cafes and shops. Just loved it

Excellent location right in town. Beautiful clean modern house with huge open plan living, great for a large group. Will stay again on our next visit. thoroughly enjoyed by everyone

House was spotlessly clean & within walking distance to so many places in Mudgee. We left the car behind for much of the time. Everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend was included in terms of appliances, seating, bedding etc
Ducted aircon kept us comfortably warm. House is beautifully furnished and we were able to utilise the outdoors woodfire to sit outside even though it was a chilly night. Little extras supplied, such as Vegemite, oil, condiments & detergent, were appreciated.
There was not really anything we didn't like. Just had a little difficulty accessing the key on arrival but a quick phone call sorted the issue out.

Small things only. 10 mugs/10 people, one generally has more than one hot drink a day-no spares should there be a breakage. Really needs towel/clothing hooks in bedrooms and fire tools please.

The location of the property was great. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. The outdoor fire was very relaxing
The property is new and clean and loved all little condiments in the cupboards. Some milk in the fridge on arrival would have been the icing on the cake!

Location was awesome. Was very spacious for our group of 10 ladies. Had everything you needed for a weekend away. Very clean and modern. Beds and pillows super comfy.

Everything about the home was exceptionally designed. There were 11 of us in total and we were all able to comfortably stay at our home away from home over the weekend.
Gravel in the front yard, side of home and rear of home, is great and looks very lovely. However it is not suitable for someone in a wheelchair. We did manage to get my son in and out of the property (he is in a wheelchair). The only thing lacking with the property - is external wheelchair accessibility.
