Apartment 22 is a one-bedroom apartment being rented as a 3-bedroom apartment. There is no privacy as we had to walk through the bedroom to get to the toilet, and the 3rd bedroom was actually the kitchen!!!

noisy appartment on the ground floor with window towards the street, so it is not possible to open the window during the night. every person passing by can look into the appartment

The apartment was equipped with all the necessities needed. It consisted of two rooms; bedroom with a wardrobe and flat screen TV, another room with the kitchen and sink appliances including a microwave and a fridge/freezer as well as the bathroom/toilet. The basement is also provided with a washer and dryer free of charge. I have not met the owner, but she was very kind and responsive to my messages when needed offering help and services promptly.

It is not necessary something I disliked but it was fair to mention that during my stay the building was still under construction work were workers occasionally had to ring on the bell to ask for pulling up the shutters outside the window for their work purposes.
