Modern ausgestattet, gemütlich, direkt am Fluss, parken vor der Tür. Es war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Aschenbecher draußen nicht geleert, altes Pad in der Kaffeemaschine, Installationen irgendwie mangelhaft installiert. So schließt die Balkontür nicht bündig, der Garderobenhaken war lose oder die Dunstabzugshaube führte nicht raus. Kleinigkeiten die das Wohlbefinden habe keinesfalls gestört hätten. Sonst war es sauber. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine aber so wenig Geschirr und Besteck, dass man sie nicht nutzt. Wer stellt für 2 Teller eine SpüMa an?

Enjoyed the balcony outside plus the use of the on site washing machine. A few extras came in handy in the kitchen too.

The location was great a stone’s throw from the river for excellent walks Easy access to koblenz centre and the deutches eck Great little supermarket nearby

The place smells strongly of cigarette smoke even though there is a no smoking sign- but that’s more down to the people who stayed before- it was otherwise extremely clean

Convenient to train station, food store, good coffee shop. The apartments are just a step away from the river. Daily we enjoyed a walk along the river.

Modern and nice with interesting balcony with river view. Nice parking opportunity in front. Very quiet village atmosphere.

A few items were missing like a toaster or a wine bottle opener No response to my email One big disadvantage : not sufficient light screening (sleeping masks recommended)

It was an apartment so we had a way to fix breakfast in general. There is a grocery store nearby which allowed us to pick up food to fix. We got one apartment and our nephew got another apartment one flight up. It was convenient. Also, there was a liquor store close by so we could pick up wine/beer easily.

There was only a stove top so a microwave would have been nice. Also, for things that are necessary to cook with but not easily bought for one time use (i.e., oil, basic spices, etc., it would have been nice to have in the room but this wasn't something we'd ding anyone for.) This was a first floor apartment and the blinds could have been much better to prevent looking in/keeping out light. The location wasn't fully convenient to do things but it was quiet and there is a train station within walking distance. Problem is, the train generally is one per hour. There is also a bus stop nearby but if you don't know the schedule, it is a bit hard to navigate.
