Fonctionnel et tres bien situé proche du centre. Propre. Tres bien pour un court sejour.

Pas de vue exterieure par fenetres (velux sur le toit).

Everyone has to pass through the main bedroom to go to washroom

bon localisation, tout pres de la ville. Super solution pour une nuit en transit vers le sud (ou le nord, ca depend). Un peu en mode 'Fort Boyard' au debut, tout est clair et on trouve facilement son logement. Donc bien. Chambre un peu petite, idem pour WC et SDB. Les cm2 sont comptes. Sinon, bonne solution

Appartement petit différent des photos .

De locatie was erg goed, je loopt zo het centrum in. Het appartement is supergoed ingericht, heel praktisch en aan nergens een gebrek. Schoon en comfortabel.

Het kan niet beter, het is alleen een feit dat ons appartement op de bovenste verdieping lag, twee grote trappen op maar erg goed verlicht.

Situated right on the entrance to old city, lovely old town feeling. Very clean and every thing we needed within walking distance. Host was perfect and helpfull. Will recommend to any couple who loves wine to visit Beaune and stay here.

Das Appartment liegt sehr günsti am Rand der Altstadt. In direkter Nähe gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Appartment ist ausreichend groß und gut ausgesattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gasgeber hat wunderbar funktioniert. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es kleines Problem, das aber umgehend behoben wurde, so dass es nicht wirklich ein Problem war - top! Wir haben die Unterkunft genutzt, um bei einem zwischenstopp in den Süden Beaune zu erkunden und genießen Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Extremely tiny - certainly not an apartment & too small for 4 people. No means of escape in case of fire.

Location and amenities were great

the location is very convenient: super close to the city center while still calm; the room is modern/comfortable/clean and well equipped with everything you need

It is a bit hard to navigate to find the apartment, and there is some construction in the building. but it totally didn’t bother us. only 2 parking spots in front of the house

very modern, had everything we needed and very comfortable beds.very clean and easy to access.

It was easy to find the keys but not so clear in terms of how to find the apartment. We worked it out.

The parking space in front of the property was taken so we parked on the pavement near the rear of the property. It worked fine so everything was great!

Perfect location for getting into the town and the kids loved the bunk bed!

The toilet room was very smelly and we had limited hot water. Not a big deal though

Brand new and well equipped. Even hair dryer and basic kitchen stuff like olive oil.

Heating via airco worked fine but is very transient, so disappears quickly. A bit small coach to sit on but fine for temporary stay. Could have more cooking pots.
