Thanks to the one house on the first line not being there, I could literally see the sea from my bed. That was pretty cool. Left the window a bit open accidentally once, woke up covered with sand - cool, too, for real. So yeah, the location is pretty awesome. The restaurants on the beach are literally behind the corner. The people around are very nice.

I guess it's an average place for M'Pai Bay, but I could barely cope with all of it: toilet is barely covered by any wall (1.5 meters under the ceiling is no wall between toilet and the room), the windows are barely closable, I was on the first floor and there were dining tables outside, so I was sometimes waking up hearing people outside talking like if they were seating on my pillow. The distance between my bed and the dining tables outside was literally like 30 cm. I believe there's some kind of charm in it, and I could appreciate it in some other situation, but not this time, sorry. This time I was for some reason looking for some basic privacy.

Noisy neighbourhood!

The room itself was big and comfortable and only a 30 second walk from the beach. The family were so welcoming and kind. The kids were adorable and the lady who ran the place went above and beyond to make our stay special. Even came in to clean our room half way through our stay and we decided to do 9 day's in the end as we loved the area and accommodation so much. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back!

Clean, very pretty, cosy. A lovely reception with a kind khmer woman. I highly recommand this place. Excellent service. I felt at home.
