We loved our stay at this property. The host was great and kept in contact with us. It was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. The location was beautiful and we can’t wait to stay again.

We loved our stay at this property! The villa was clean and cosy and Sharni was fantastic at keeping us updated about what to expect during our stay and how to check in. When we got to the villa, we found a bottle of wine, cheese platter and the fridge pre-filled with eggs, bacon, milk and a loaf of sourdough for breakfast plus all condiments and cereals. It was a wonderful way to be greeted after a long drive. The beds were comfortable, there was reverse cycle heat for the cold nights and the bathrooms each had a spa bath which we loved. The villa is in a great location, right around the corner from all the Hunter Valley Gardens. The whole experience was fantastic, I'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was central. The attention to detail was excellent. Communication with host was good. Clean and well maintained. Very generous breakfast supplied along with wine and cheese board.

My family of four stayed at this villa in the hunter valley. We were familiar with the area and choose this villa so we could walk to a few restaurants and the Hunter valley garden area. The villa itself was well appointed and plenty big enough for me and my wife and two teenage kids. It was also located away from the roads making it rather quiet. The hosts communication was excellent and the added treats of bread, milk, eggs and some other goodies on arrival was a homely and lovely touch. We’d certainly stay at this villa again.

The ambience and outlook was great. The host had provided enough supplies for our breakfast.

Packet Cereals were a good idea for Breakfast. Having a coffee machine was really convenient too. Pleasantly surprised when we opened the fridge - bacon, fresh eggs, milk and a simple cheese & cracker platter. The bottle of wine was a bonus! Thanks Linda! So nice to see the kangaroos from the pantry window. I think there are 3 resident kangaroos that come out under the trees & by the lake around 4 to 6 pm. Linda was very prompt in replying to my queries. Much appreciated. Thanks Linda - we enjoyed the 2 nights at "Beautiful Villa in the Heart of Hunter Valley".

Great bfast. Location was great loved the wild life. But please provide mosquitoes repellent as we dye not realise they Wouk’s be so bad!

Extra parking space as we had 2 cars. Tiles looked tired above spa wall. No aircon in 2rd bedroom.

We had an excellent stay in this clean, comfortable villa and would highly recommend. It was very generously stocked and in a fantastic location. We really loved all of the little added extras and it made our stay extra special. We will definitely be staying here whenever we visit the Hunter.

Location location location. Near Hope Estate, Roche Estate, Pokolbin Gardens, Hunter Valley Gardens. Very comfortable villa. Lovely touches like a bottle of wine and cheese plate, chocolates, butter and milk in the fridge. Breakfast included... cereal, sourdough bread, condiments, bacon, eggs, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Good aircon. TV with Foxtel, Netflix Linda is a great communicator. Replied to texts and phone calls immediately. Only 600m walk to Hope Estate to see the Corrs! Late check out at 12pm. Thank you Linda for your help and welcome.

No dishwasher but was okay washing up. Plenty of dishwashing liquid!
