Great property, very clean and centrally located
Granny flat was very cold and was the only bed without an electric blanket.
Fireplace was difficult to keep alight, the chimney may need cleaning

Lovely spot and a nice home
We arrived late to find it had not been cleaned. Was unable to reach the contact so found alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning received an apologetic call. They arranged cleaning and we had a nice stay after that... HOWEVER they had promised a refund for the first night which 4 months later still has not been received and all attempts to contact have been ignored.

Property was clean, airy, comfortable, plenty of room for us four ladies to have their own bed! Close to Main Street of Mudgee, easy walk to supermarket. 2 Great coffee/ French pastries places just across the road!!

there was nothing about the property to dislike. location is a busy road so there was some traffic noise. could not find a hairdryer. but the property was excellent.
