Not so much parking close by on weekdays.

The property was in a spotless state and a perfect studio for a couple’s vacation

Apartment was OK. When we arrived there there was a fiera so 3 days it was noisy. (Just in front of fiera) Shower , bed and A/C was good. Very close to ALDI supermarket.

Cutlery, kitchen houseware was not enough, very simple. There isn't dishwasher machine, there was washing machine but no any tablet left for instance. It could be more cleaner in general.

Good place overall. It was clean and spacious. Designed to be easy to use by disabled people. The kitchen was well equipped and we could often park for free in front of the house. Sometimes we had to park 3-4 minutes walk from the place. There's a cheap Chinese shop very close and ALDI supermarket which works on Sundays, which is something rare for Andalusia.

It's at the end of the town on a busy street which is one of the main entrances to Estepona. There was some construction work nearby and it was very noisy most of the days. Lots of mosquitoes at the balcony, because there's an almost dry canal in front, which is probably where water flows during heavy rainfall. The bedrooms do not have real windows. They are tiny and seem to be at a very high level from inside, but in reality they are at the ground level if you walk on the other side of the building. I do not recommend to open them, because many insects will get in. There were some cockroaches on the streets in the area and we found one dead inside. Many people were ringing the doorbell in the mornings and shouted in Spanish. Once we found some note from the post office for a delivery. The host said to ignore all, because it's a mistake. There is a washing machine, but no way to easily dry clothes. There was a very small half-broken drying rack at the balcony. The host said that it's a holiday property and people are not supposed to wash a lot of clothes. We solved our issue for 15 euros by buying a rack at the nearby Chinese shop, because the host refused to solve something so simple, which could make all future visitors happy.

Nice, clean and modern. it’s simple and small, but you’re not spending too much time inside anyway as Estepona is so nice to get around.

the only thing I would say is that the AC shuts off if you sit out on the patio. so it can heat up quickly it you’re out on the patio inside.

A/C did not function as well as we would have liked. Some more towels would have been good.

The apartment is nicely decorated, close to supermarkets and very quiet which was great since we needed to work from there. Wifi also worked great and I enjoyed the balcony outside. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. I think the apartment is a great option if you're travelling for a few days and spending most of your time outside.

Parking wasn't always very easy and it's street parking. Would be great to have a normal sized clothing drying rack as the one provided barely fit anything. We felt like there was the bare minimum in the apartment-1 garbage bag, 1 drying cloth for plates and the quality of the towels was very poor- they were super thin. We were unlucky to have 3 cockroaches that came through the bottom of the headboard near the left side of the bed. There was no bug spray provided in the apartment which was annoying but the owners provided us some on request

Excellent appartment and host! I would definetely stay there again.
