Lovely, clean property. Ideal for our family stay

The house was lovely and full of period charm. The property was lovely and clean and Rosie's art work was a lovely addition throughout the place.

Not what we expected. In my opinion it’s not luxury quality, but the host is truly as good as they get.

The owner is amazing! It’s good for shorter travelers. We are all tall and the heights of stairs cases and especially top floor were hard. It was clean and host very responsive and wonderful. The kitchenette is new and nice and they’ve done the best with the little space as they could.

The building is old and neighborhood. The beds and Rooms were small. The photo of the nice chairs in living area were not in the home as described and shown in photos. The bathrooms were on 2nd and 3rd floors, made it hard for my in-laws to get up and down at night.

Cleanliness. Cleaning could be better ..soap was empty in one bathroom... Luxury Should be better than that No hot water in kitchen. Ore bathroosm . Only hot Water in shower.

Rosie and Phil welcomed us to their stunning cottage with a lovely basket of goodies. It was spotless, comfortable, warm and next to the beach. Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent. Communication from the hosts was wonderful and thorough, and the property was spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved the location and the great food recommendations from the hosts. Super easy and convenient parking right outside the door, too. Would highly recommend for a relaxing trip away.

We loved Picnic Cottage as a base for our short break in Portrush.

Clean, bright, spacious (for our family of 4)house only a few metres from the beautiful beach.

The chairs wasn’t comfortable around the table , and the bed settee wasn’t comfortable as a bed.

Excellent place, picnic cottage was clean and tidy. It had everything you would need. Lovely gifts left from Rosie and Phil to welcome us. Picnic cottage only 2mins from beach.
