Lovely bungalow in a perfect location to visit the south. Wine and chocolates a lovely touch. Very clean and everything that we needed.. Four people, two elderly so being on the flat was perfect, wet room and slope, also two dogs with a secure garden. Perfect location for walks, opposite a park, not far from the coast. .all round excellent.
The only negative was the bed in the front bedroom needs replacing, the slats are broken and it was uncomfortable.

The size and layout of the house, we'd not stayed in a bungalow before. It was roomy.
We were shocked at the mattresses. Not fit for purpose in all three bedrooms. Basically they had seen better times and sagged in the middle which resulted in an uncomfortable and disturbed nights sleep.
The single most important aspect of renting a place for the night or nights, in this case, is to ensure that the guests have a good nights sleep. If the host is charging £1000 plus for 4 nights then surely the cost of replacing and buying quality mattresses will satisfy the guests and be in the long term interests of the host. I would not recommend this property on that basis.

Great disabled access from the back of the house, with a proper wet room and built in seat. Good location, 15 minute walk to Southbourne and all the shops and great choice of restaurants. The bungalow was spotless, kitchen well equipped, 2 large bedrooms downstairs. Living room comfortable seating and dining table seating up to 6 .
Just a few things to point out, the curtain pole in the downstairs bedroom on the right , with the french doors over looking the patio is broken. When you pull the curtain on the left , it pulls out of the pole.
My sister slept upstairs and said both twin beds are so uncomfortable, both lumpy mattresses which are old and need replacing.
The note for putting which bins out ended in March, we put all 3 bins out on Sunday night just in case but none were emptied.
The fridge is leaking inside by the salad drawer.
I hope this helps with the maintenance upkeep.

Beautiful, bright and clean property with plenty of space and outdoor space too. Easy to park, quiet residential area but close to local shops and beach. It was also well supplied with bedding, towels, some toiletries and cleaning supplies. Really helpful info booklet about the local area too. We would stay here again.
Nothing I didn’t like. As we were travelling with a 3 year old, the only additional things that would have been super useful for us would have been a bath, a step for the sink/toilet and bed rails.
Couldn’t fault anything else.

Location was brilliant, close to everything you want/ need.
Property itself was well equipped, clean and tidy.
Fab communication throughout with owners/ property people, kept us well informed.
Great place for walks.
Just wish we could of extended our stay and stayed for longer.

The property was on nice quiet and safe road. It is very well maintained and equipped and it is clean. It feels warm and cosy. Welcome gift was lovely. The garden in the spring was so pretty :). The accessibility is great! Suitable for wheelchair users. Had an amazing stay and would love to come back.

great location very quite. very accessible for elderly people. great little park just a cross the road for kids or walking the dog. great secure garden
needs a bit more TLC, stained sofa, curtain rail loose on wall, bigger mirrors in bedroom. the keys could do with a colour code as it was hard to work out what key unlocked which door. the main bathroom was good but it flooded the whole bathroom so ended up using the upstairs shower. general kitchen utensils very basic.

Welcome pack with useful information (not to mention chocolates, wine and dog treats!). Everything we needed during our stay was in the bungalow. Comfortable and perfect location for us. Communication from owner prior to our visit was always friendly, helpful and prompt. Would definitely book again.
Small niggle: we chose the room with two bedside lamps (a necessity for us bedtime readers), but there was no mirror in this room. Easily remedied as other bedroom had one in, so my wife would get ready between the two, but just to mention.
