The property is newly refurbished .It was clean and extremely comfortable. It was in a great location for Monaco , The Port , Monte Carlo., The train station . Everywhere was very accessible . There was a supermarket just down the road and a lovely Portuguese Bakery a little further down. and lots of restaurants down in Monaco. ( 10 minutes walk via the lifts) Nothing was too much trouble. Maxime was extremely attentive, anything we needed was dealt with straight away. Nickolay was a great help too. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you.

The apartment was just as on the photos. Very nice and comfortable for a couple.

New and very clean ,in a great location for a good price. Close to Monaco centre if you use two public elevators just down the street. Nice neighbour with a cute little dog who helped us to find the right address , helpful stuff :) I would stay again

Walking distance to Monte Carlo casino and Monaco itself… A great location just outside Monaco where you might can pay a bit less but still be close to all the coolness.

I had business meetings and the Wi-Fi is only 1 –3 Mb per second download which is unacceptable. The connection was intermittent at best and if you have business definitely they need to upgrade the Wi-Fi at this property as you cannot do zoom meetings etc.

Be sure to book the parking lot otherwise parking will be much more difficult or expensive
