room size, clean, not far away from everything, nice terrace for evening chill out. simple but adequate breakfast included. drinking water provided everyday in the fridge.

Location wonderful, just 5 mins from the port, but far enough away to be very tranquil. Breakfast was great (fresh bread delivered at 7am in the morning, fridge restocked daily) Very friendly hosts. Clean, comfortable, wonderful sun terrace.

Exceptionally clean and lovely flat with all amenities. The location is perfect, with easy access to the harbour.

Our host Yannis met us at the ferry and walked us to our rooms. The hotel location was perfect. Quiet, yet two minute walk to the main area. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. We loved the place.

From start to finish Yiannis made the stay so great, he met us at the port and we took the short walk to the apartment. The apartment was perfect for our stay, and the balcony had the most amazing views. We loved the fresh bread every morning, and how easy it was to walk down to the port. Yiannis was always on hand if we needed recommendations for where to eat or what to do. We can’t wait to come back.

The location was ideal and the terrace had breathtaking views. i had all the amenities I needed for my 4-night stay. Yiannis and his mother were always available, delivering bread early every morning and cleaning every afternoon.

We loved everything about Hydras Chromata! The room is perfectly located, with a large outside terrace that gets the sun in the morning and panoramic views of the town and mountains. Yiannis was the perfect host, meeting us off of the ferry at the port even though we arrived early and not only helping with baggage storage and the lock box but bringing fresh bread each morning. The breakfast was generous, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the room very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a few steps to the main port with great restaurants all around, but quiet at night.

Everything was excellent, the location was so good, just seconds away from all the shops, restaurants and the port. the room was spacious, the architecture and design was great. we loved our balcony and the view from it. they leave a fresh bread at your door every morning, that’s so nice of them. they fill up the fridge every day with milk, yogurt, fresh juice etc, so you can have your own breakfast at the balcony every morning. Yiannis was excellent and super helpful with everything, he recommend nice restaurants for us, even reserving the tables for us. we had an amazing time and cannot wait to be back to Hydra. such a beautiful island:)

Great location. we were met at the port by Yiannis who was the host for the property. He was extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The fresh bread that was delivered every morning was delicious and a lovely surprise. Balcony was a real bonus.

Location was grand...very short walk from the port with minimal stairs. Yaanis met us at the port and was the consummate host throughout. The flat provided breakfast and water, juice and coffee and fresh bread daily.

What great hospitality. Yiannis met us in the port to take us to the location and was very helpful with our bags. The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean and the details like fresh bread each day and breakfast supplies were much more than we were expecting. Bathroom had cosmetics by Korres, which was a nice touch. Totally above and beyond was that when I left my earphones in the room after check out, I was contacted to let me know they would be sent on the next ferry so I could pick them up in Athens before I got my flight. Really impressed all around.

The shower could do with a bit of an upgrade but was workable all the same.

staff were excellent, from meeting us at the port from the ferry, to helping carry luggage, to showing us around the apartment, and even bringing fresh bread each morning for breakfast. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t of asked for anymore - just made the trip all the more perfect. The location is just right, about 100 meters from the harbour.

Nothing it was perfect - I would recommend staying here to absolutely anyone, from lone travellers to couples to families with children- it is the perfect place to stay.

The patio was lovely. The bedrooms have privacy and are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped.

This is the perfect place and the host is great. We had a perfect stay, rooms are spotless and we enjoyed the breakfast in the patio. The property provided complementary breakfast and fresh bread every morning. Conveniently located in the center. I would definetly recommend to stay there and I hope I can be back myself one day!
