The property is perfect we stayed in three bedroom villa the A/C water heater is all good furniture is not old and not overused the staff is more than kind and helpful the manager is really she even replied on my questions and phone calls out of her duty hours
The only thing is that the location is on a hill so you need a car or motor bike to make your stay easier

Din as our host has been exceptionally outstanding. He was very helpful and communicate well with us. And furthermore he went extra mile in helping us to get our motor rental and other stuff as well. Given 10-star rating to Jirana was due to Din
The swimming pool edge got some slightly sharp stone where we gotten some cuts.

Close to Patong beach... Only two minutes.
Also there some supermarkets close to location.
The most important thing that I loved about this place is the staff starting from the manager Tina and to the helpers who were there whenever we needed help . They were amazing 😍
The stairs from parking area to the villa is sobhard specially for people with overweight issues and for elderlies.
The location is close to Patong beach however getting to the villa is a little bit hard to drivers and taxis.

The villa was quiet and private. VIlla manager (Tina) was great, responsive and very helpful! This is one of the main positives. It was also easy to obtain a taxi down to Patong Town (5 mins). There was tons of space too and kitchen's facilities was decent. These days, it is very convenient to get any food (Grab + Food panda) so no issues there either.
Although location is near to Patong town, it is uphill and cannot be reached by walking (This isn't a surprise though). The water heater is inconsistent (Water goes hot then cold alternatively). The air conditioner is strong/cold but gets extremely cold in the middle of the night (regardless of what settings it is set).

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living room has a balcony were the pool is. Every day the house cleaning service tidy up the rooms
Hotel is up on a hill. 20 minutes to walk to patong. Back to hotel a tuk tuk is necessary( around 200 bhat )
