Beautiful house with character. Quiet localization with nice beaches within 10 min drive.

Kitchen would benefit from some update

The location of the apartment is great, close to the beach and to a good restaurant nearby. The views of the coast are the most wonderful. The charming town of Castelsardo and city of Alghero are worth visiting. As always, Italian cuisine delights with its flavors.

The apartment has great options but is run down, cluttered with the host's stuff, dusty and dark. The kitchen is poorly equipped, e.g. no wine glasses (unheard of in Italy), only whiskey glasses and Nutella salvaged. The Italian cafeteria is probably the smallest possible. In the bathroom, it is impossible to use a shower without splashing half of the bathroom (very small shower with a poor shower curtain). Communication with the host was difficult. Before our arrival, he did not reply to messages sent by Booking.com or to the telephone number provided on the website. After our arrival, he demanded to provide him electronically with photos of our ID cards, which is not in accordance with the GDPR and common sense.

a unique house with a rustic atmosphere. close to the beach, almost private, shop if no car. good contact with the owner. we highly recommend it
