The gym is not adequate as there are no weights. The washroom in the room is very out dated. There are very few ac charging outlets in each bedroom and nothing next to the bed. This hotel needs to be updated very badly.

This property is very convenient to the JR Shinagawa Station and the free shuttle to there and Meguro Station is a very good service. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful every time I have stayed.

Our frequent go-to hotel in Tokyo because it is close to Haneda Airport and easy to access by JR or subway, and in a quiet residential neighbourhood if one wants to avoid the madding crowds.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Only complaint is that Marriott did not recognize this stay because we booked through hotels.com. Most disappointing as we’ve never booked any other way than through the Marriott site and didn’t realize Marriott would not count these nights towards our stays. Not a very good policy from a company that’s usually so very accommodating.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff and check in was quick and efficient.
The club room was very spacious, beds super comfy and bathroom clean and plenty amenities.
The Japanese Garden was an added bonus.
We were very pleased with our stay at the Sheraton Miyako and would definitely stay here again

The room needs renovation badly . Water won’t drain properly. Lightning too dark . Everything reminds me of a 3 star hotel in Europe

One of the best hotels stay. Love the cleanliness and food especially. Also enjoyed the garden around the hotel. There's also free shuttle to and fro Meguro station, so prettt convenient.
The swimming pool is not free for guest though, and it's pretty expensive.
Other than that, love the quietness and ambience of this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

Cannot fault this hotel in terms of service, cleanliness. The best I’ve experienced in a long time.
One negative - I would have to pay to use the gym if I wasn’t a Bonvoy member. Luckily I am however if I’d paid to use their poorly equipped gym I would not have been happy.

Very nice hotel. Check in quick and efficient. Very nice comfortable room. Used lounge twice for meetings, Manager and staff very good service. Dinner at Chinese restaurant, food excellent. Service not. California for lunch, food good, service not. Definitely would stay again, but will think about using dining rooms if if same management team is there.

The Sheraton Miyako is a very good property. The staff is friendly and helpful. The recently remodeled rooms are appointed well. The pool is great for lap swimming; the fitness area is adequate but not great. It’s as good as you can usually expect in Japan. The club lounge is worth getting. The local area is nice and they have a shuttle to the train station, from there you can get to anywhere in Tokyo. The hotel has a nice garden area.

I didnt like the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. I did like the hotel shuttle took you to the nearest train station for free. I also didnt like haviing to pay for a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel close to station. We did have an issue with our air conditioning in our room and got a quick response and was able to move to another room in the middle of the night, their goal was to ensure our comfort. Breakfast was great.

Location not so interesting (appeared to be a business district), but useful frequent shuttle bus to Meguro station makes that a non-issue. If you do want to take the shuttle bus, exit the East Exit of Meguro and stand on the street slightly to the right of the exit and wait for the bus which comes every 15 minutes or so. Don't cross the street. (There's no signage, but if you're unsure, the police officer stationed right around the corner can confirm the location for you.)

The housekeeping was excellent. There was no microwave or ice machine. Staff was VERY courteous and helpful. Amazing Japanese gardens on site. 5 stars!

This hotel stinks of smoke. I wanted to get my clothes laundered but realized there was no point as they’d need to be washed again. Outdated and tired and feels like it is stuck in the 80s. Staff and service was ok
