We didn’t make it one night. Our first sign to leave was right before we checked in. We waited in line to check in and the lady in front of us was demanding her money back due to her room being dirty, not cleaned, and just unorganized, yet they rudely denied her and she left upset (After our “stay” we agree she should get her money back). After entering our room we understood the lady’s frustration. Floor was obviously dirty, our door/lock was obviously hanging by a thread, tv was broken, our a/c was not working properly and when asked to switch rooms or at least have someone look at it, the front desk rudely denied us, and lastly the bathroom was just overall DISGUSTING. We live 10 hours away from NOLA and went for a pretty popular concert and almost every hotel was fully booked or charging an arm and leg to stay one night. This room was just not livable, after the concert we packed up our things and decided to get a hotel at our halfway point AND IT WAS WAY BETTER. Stay as far away from this place. Not worth it. I would recommend sleeping in your car rather than this place.

Our stay at the Red Roof Inn was far from pleasant. On arrival, we couldn’t get out door to open or lock without having to practically kick it down. When first entering the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, gnats flying around and didn’t have a working headlamp above the left bed. The light in the restroom as well as the fan. The sheets of the beds were stained in a weird black dots and the pillows stunk of cigarette smoke as well. After having to find blankets and pillows, we stayed the night, we woke up to roaches on the desk and dressers. After that we packed our things and left. This has been by far the worst stay I have ever experienced. And the photos advertised do not match the hotel I stayed in at all.

Things are broken. Place was moldy. Traveled 4 hours called said I could do early check in and then when I got there wanted to charge me $30 for this.

Hotel was very nice but manager was horrible

Our first room was completely dirty and the bed was unmade. We went down to let the gentleman know and we’re given an attitude. He did switch our room and it was a minor upgrade compared to the first room. It was a tad cleaner, but we noticed on the first night that we had little tiny roaches, crawling out from the bathroom and under the bed, the bathroom was not cleaned at all. There was dirt and pubic hair left over from a previous visitor. We were not able to get the Wi-Fi code in anytime we asked for anything we were met with an attitude from the front desk. I understand that the room was booked on, but I still feel like cleanliness and housekeeping should’ve been more of a priority

Toilet was broken, sink was broken, room was filthy, non smoking room had cigarette butts on the floor, no remote, the list goes on and on. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Bed bugs and selfish staff…I had to literally leave the room and find another place to stay..I was bit all in my face..bed bugs

Bed was soft. Clean towels. I like the mini fridge and microwave in the room.

Mattress was brown and falling apart/busted at seams, sheets were dirty, huge holes in the walls, drugs left on dresser, floors dirty, tub unclean... it was disgusting! I refused to stay!

Popcorn celling falling down ,air conditioner can't keep room cool , couldn't lock door , staff not friendly, no breakfast bar, roaches in room can't charge cell phone in room it didn't work

The room was nasty and it smelled real bad and I went to the office to get my money back and they said I had to go through who I booked it with and I did and then they lied and said the officer me another room and they did I would not let my dog stay there

High drug traffic motel... Alot of people hanging outside.

This hotel sucks DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. the pictures that you may see about this hotel are all lies. Do not try to checknin early they have a $25 early check in fee that is not mentioned when you book the room. There is water outside of each room because of the AC units there were dingy sheets dingy towels if you iron your clothes there is one iron and one ironing board that can never be found. There was a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door we stsyed in room 203 the microwave was filthy the TV was extra small this place sucked it is a place for people who need extended stsy and everytime you walk into the lobby there was a horrible stench if I can i will upload pictures to google review. Oh and there are bugs in the room as well. This place is horrific.

The first room had trash all over the floor, it smelled of mold, the bed had a HUGE dip, and the bathroom light didn’t work. I had to argue for them to give me a better room. The second room had a leaky fridge and there was water all over the floor and TWO smaller dips in the bed. They wouldn’t switch me so I had to suffer all weekend. The bathroom was gross, the Curtain was hung up by some sort of plastic bag. Terrible hotel. Should be $10/night

The room was in terrible condition. The bathtub was peeling. The air conditioner did not work. No remote control for television. No ice buckets provided. Had to threaten to call police before i was moved to another room. Terrible customer service. The person who checked me in smelled bad. Never return again

It’s a old bed and shower if that’s all u need

Garbage cans on side of parking overflowing. Bathroom not clean, needed room swept. Cleaning crew in room less than 5 minutes to refresh. Will never stay again

Rooms smelled like smoke and humid. Ceiling was failing aprt and holes in bathroom wall. Floor was sticky when you walked. Tub was filthy. Sheets were stained. Would not recommend. Rooms should be $30 to stay. They charged is $88. Plenty of better places elsewhere. Only good thing was restaurant next to hotel with good food and service

The floor needs ti be cleaned and they need to put new microwaves in the rooms
