Being disturbed by staff for safety inspections. Room service asked do you need anything then said oh you need to take dirty stuff to office and exchange. I was working 12 hr nights. Laundry room was not open on time. Prices rose after my booked week.

The room did not look like pictures on the booking site. The beds only had a single pillow each, there weren't enough towels, and I had to purchase my own toilet paper for the room. Also, the cook top in the room did not work. I also saw bugs in the lobby.

It was a place to sleep im homeless

Didn't get the room I reserved have to spend more money on toilet paper(they only provide one roll) housekeeping only come by once a week with sheets only no towels or toilet paper they don't sweep vacuum or mop you must buy all that yourself and I didn't get my deposit back

It looks nice on the outside

Everything and my non smoking room smelled of strong cigarettes! Everything was poor quality and the front desk agent left the front for a long time and there was no way for me to contact her when it was time to check in. She also was so dull no energy or excitement like she didn’t want to be there.

Its was relaxing and peaceful and great movies came on showtime

The bathroom wasnt clean i had my own cleaning supplies and cleaned myself so that i could be more comfortable. And only one eye on the stove was working

Room was dirty and smelled. Furnitures were broken, our bed and pillow were old and yellow and our room had roaches. The only thing good was the pressure of the shower head and the freezer worked great. Didn’t sleep well do to other people playing loud music and they actually had people living there with kids around playing in the parking lot without shoes.
