I loved everything about the property .

The staff went above and beyond our expectations. Savanna was AWESOME, the entire staff was AWESOME❤️ The area was GREAT and it was not too far from the French Quarters, French Market, and Food Places. This hotel is in a Very Nice area. I will be back.

Our stay wasn’t long enough. I couldn’t find one thing wrong.

The hotel is fairly new and very clean. We felt very safe. We left our vehicle at the hotel and caught an Uber to the French Quarters it was only a 10 min drive across the bridge.

The only issue we had was the elevator being very dysfunctional. Scared us a lot but no biggie.

Krystal was very attentive even before we checked. She knew we were having weather issues in Texas and called me on our expected day of arrival to be sure we departed and were arriving safely. Once we checked in, she ensured that everything we needed was readily available. Tyranisha was just as helpful and accommodating to me and my family. We certainly enjoyed our stay and the rest of the staff we encountered was equally friendly and made sure we were happy. Absolutely great experience especially with Krystal and Tyranisha. They are the very best at what they do and should be commended.

The space was under renovation, but everything was appointed nicely. No complaints. I look forward to staying again after the renovations are completed.

WELL SOMEONE HIT A POWER LINE.. AND THE LIGHTS WENT OUT ABOUT 4 AM AND THE HOTEL DIDNT HAVE (USED) A BACKUP GENERATOR,THE POWER CAME BACK ON AROUND 7:30AM.. I WAS HOT N SWEATY ,.. STORM SEASON IS COMING AND THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE MORE PREPARED... BREAKFAST SAUSAGE COOKED A LIL HARD.. NEED MORE WALK-IN SHOWERS.. TUBS ARE OLD
