Well it was an emergency stay for one night, but it is an incredible hotel, the service is amazing.

The staff at the front desk was kind, helpful and respectful.
The room was very hot. The air conditioning doesn’t work and the vent is very noisy.
The safe was not accepting any combination to lock it.

This hotel is just appearance, too much uniforms and poor quality. The first thing, they give you a welcome cocktail that is more like tap water, the breakfast is unorganized, cold and poor. I had been in other hotels in the area and this is not 1/10 of their service.

Good location but little scary at night.
A little noisy and the air conditioning was not working properly, we needed to call maintenance and then it worked ok, not strong but ok.

We enjoyed our stay . Service was excellent , Edgar at the front desk concierge was very attentive and helpful. Our tv went out the first night and it was immediately replaced. The breakfast buffet had excellent options and the food was tasty . The only negative remark I would have to say is that for one of the days on our stay the pool was completely closed due to maintenance. It would be great if they did not close the pool for a whole day due to maintenance .

Completely dissatisfied with the hotel recommended white taxi co. at the entrance of the hotel, they were charging twice the rate as the yellow car taxis, it's a blatant rip off.
I will never use that Taxi company on my next trip to Pereira.
