Hotel was extremely dirty

We had a non-smoking room, but it stank to high heaven, and had cigarette burns on the sheets. Wanted to cancel for the second night, but the staff was not helpful at all. A very miserable joint.

The property was dirty and lot was broken. They had to move me rooms 3 times just to get a tolerable one.

You get what you pay for

Absolutely horrible service. Had to argue with housekeeping and the front office just to get an extra towel and a roll of toilet paper. There were Cockroaches in the room. Had to leave!

Love the Motel 6 policy of kids and pets* stay free, and we needed a budget friendly place to stop for the night. The room has been updated in the past few years and that was a big perk…the bed and pillows were very comfy. I like that they don’t have carpet, too. The room had zero frills, and the door to the outside, while secure, wasn’t soundproof, so we got noise from the night…though it wasn’t so bad after 11pm. The smoke alarm in our room was beeping every other minute when we arrived, but thankfully that stopped after 30 mins or so. The water pressure in the shower was good, but bring your own shampoo and toiletries for sure! But everything was clean and we woke up refreshed and ready to continue our roadtrip!

the place has more weeklly and monthly stayers than should be at a motel.

This place had horrible interior,nasty shower, TV had problems then the remote didn't work. All motel 6 I stay at have at least coffee in the morning, not this one. I picked pay at hotel and hotels.com took it out of my account so I am not happy. Beware of this location.

The hotel room was nice and staff was friendly and kind, the air conditioner had water leakage inside the room , making the floor wet sometimes without me having to wipe it up. #302

Bugs, roaches, dirty, not clean. The worst service ever and I have pictures to prove it.

It is a Motel 6. Area was under a lot of construction, but the hotel did a decent job of maintaining access. Not a great neighborhood, but no real neighbors to speak of. Rooms were rather spacious and modern for a Hotel 6. Room was fairly clean and offered a number of amenities; minifridge, microwave, hair dryer, desk with corner booth seat, wall-mounted storage shelves. Check-in clerk was very efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend for the price

The mattress was very thin, the pillows were very thin, sheets had stains (we slept in our clothes and on top of the blankets), room was not clean, and not the safest location (drug deals going on in the next room). We traveled with children and just decided to get a room last minute. I would have rather slept in the car.

Check in process was not made easy and they charged me a deposit even after paying fully online

Room was less than stellar which is wild because they had the nerve to charge a deposit. I want my money back! The staff offer dry pleasantries and are not personable so it’s uncomfortable checking in to the room and they rushed me as I was checking out. I could understand if it’s because of the turnaround and need to clean room but as I stayed in the room that was visibly dirty in bright places it strikes me as odd. At any rate I do hope this can be a one time experience because I do frequent the motel 6 often for work and I’d hate to have to switch it up!

It s a motel, a place to lay your head

The parking lot was flooded. And the property is right next to train tracks, so it was very loud and not great for sleeping. When I closed the shower curtain to get in the shower, I found a dirty washcloth on the top of the shower curtain. And the bathroom door had what appeared to be blood spots on it. It was not worth the price and I would not stay there again.

Phone didn't work. WiFi didn't work. Furniture was trash. There was a bug in the microwave. Refrigerator barely got cool. Only one towel for two guests. Sheets were stained.

Stayed 2 nights, train behind motel every few hours went by. Owners knew we asked for late checkout, gave us until 1130. Yet house keeping came at 10am, male owner came at 11 called his wife confirm 11:30 checkout time, came back at 11:15 used key to try come in. wife to confirm, but at 1

I checked in on April 19th at about 7:30pm. The room appeared to be presentable but when I came back after dinner with family, I realized the toilet was not level and it rocked, the faucet for the sink was ready to fall off, the chair at the table I almost fell over on it because the back was breaking off, the tv did not work, the phone in the room did not work and when I called the 866 number it said there was so service available at that time. When cars would pull in and out from in front of the room, their lights would shine on the ceiling and a truck sat out in front of the room with its lights on for more than 20 minutes so those lights were on the ceiling that whole time. When my friend came back I said we were checking out so I went to the front desk at about 11:30pm and told them I was checking out and I wanted a copy of my bill and she said I could not get one until after 11:00am on the next day. Considering I only used the bathroom and the sink to wash my hands, I expect to be refunded most of what I paid for the room. If you could please fix all of these things, I would not have a problem with coming back to stay at Motel 6 {as long as you leave the light on}.
