Pleasant enough for one night. No elevator.

The night clerk was very slow checking us in, had to change rooms since our door wouldn’t open, paid for a king room and got a full size bed (3’ off the floor) from the 1800’s. I never seen a Victorian room at a quality inn before.

Everything was great only had two small issues one was breakfast didn’t start till 7 most people have to be out the door for work by 6 maybe change breakfast to start at 5 second was every time I would leave had to renew my card to get into room other. Than that the stay was great I would rate it 9.5 out of 10

This was the best motel that we have stayed in for years! The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the pool was the warmest I've ever been in, it was perfect! I am looking forward to the next time I travel there to that part of the state.

Coffee machine was not working properly and they didn’t check it before breakfast and then they didn’t know how to deal with it. The front desk clerk look like she just got out of bed. Nobody was very kind in the afternoon or morning Customer relationship was bad TV kept shutting off automatically on me, and I had a problem getting into my door with my card. You need to upgrade that and your credit card machine.

Price was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. It says it had been recently updated and you could see that some things had been done but could use more. There is no elevator to get upstairs.

Need more parking.

Nice and clean. A good simple room. Perfect for what we needed.

The room photos online for the King Deluxe Suite and the rooms in reality are two very different things. The first room we were assigned looked nothing like the photos -- and it was next to the vending and ice machines. One minute later, the noise from a person getting ice -- impossible. Front desk assigned another suite, saying it was the only other suite available, that each one had a different theme. Great! Not! We were given the "art-deco" suite. Larger, quiet, and ugly as hell. Glass bricks surrounding the jacuzzi, cheesy wall "art" that was uncoordinated and laughable. Also, NO WIFI for my Apple laptop. I called the tech no., which gave totally unhelpful info, admitting the hotel's wifi system may not work with certain devices -- in other word, not up to date. The front desk person: "Well, you must have a problem with your computer because I'm connected." Thanks for the help! The breakfast -- abysmal! The coffee was OK. Must avoid.

Julie at the front desk was amazing. Breakfast was also very good. Great place to stay for a weekend getaway.

The hotel was clean and quiet. We did not hear any road traffic. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc.

I got an upgrade to a whirlpool tub. Different but nice after a day of hiking.

Waited in lobby for 15min to check in

Only complaint is the breakfast could start earlier in the morning. 7 am is to late.

Remote for the tv didn’t work. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t much. Overall good stay. Minor things wrong

Good stay

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked a room with a queen bed, but we were upgraded to a king suite. We were also informed that the carpet in that room was just replaced recently. We will definitely put this on our places to stay list!

Nice big clean room. Accommodated 2 adults and 4 children very comfortably. Kids had a blast in the pool or should I say a “splash”.

It was very clean abd friendly atmosphere.

This hotel is in need of major updating. The furniture is old and scratched, the desk chair was broken, the other chair was stained, the curtains did not fit windows, bathroom needs to be redone.

The manager was so helpful. I had run into a family emergency and had to leave immediately. She is working with Expedia on a refund. The hotel was clean and location is great if you want to walk to some restaurants.

The room and bedding were all clean and comfortable, staff is great, but the room had a weird musty smell to it.
