The hotel was ok, got it for the bridal party the night before our wedding. It served its purpose. The room was clean and updated, the rest of the hotel was old looking.

While the room initially seemed clean. I soon noticed that there was what looked like cigarette ash on the table, cigarette burns on the blanket. Their shower curtain was ripped in multiple places and the towel that was folded with all the clean ones was actually stained yellow with tears in them. I was really disappointed. I will not be coming back again and was so disgusted I did not stay for my full reservation. But as a female that travels alone, I do not leave my room after I check in especially when it's really late at night so I did stay one night. I will not be returning to this brand hotel.

Beds have a metal foundation that the bed sits on. Every turn in bed, every time you get up or sit on the bed it sounds like thunder.

When we arrived we couldn’t get keys because the machine was down. Thankfully we weren’t leaving again. The next am the keys were still not available.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast on the other hand was absolutely terrible. The coffee was sour, the eggs were dry, and the orange juice was made from Tang. If you are going to stay here do not count on the free breakfast.

The property is very close to a number of shopping and dining options, as well as direct access to I84 highway.
Although the room was clean, it needs some updates. The bathroom is VERY tiny. Being a taller person, my knees almost touched the door when on toilet. The shower curtain was shredded at hook attachments and the light switch for bathroom was broken. The chain on the toilet flusher broke upon flushing in the morning. I did bring these concerns up to front desk attendant when I checked out.

For a room with a king bed, the room was small, everything cramped.

I will start with the mild negatives, my first impression wasn’t great based on the slightly outdated appearance of the hotel and lobby, but the front desk attendant was friendly, and got us checked in with ease. The room had such a strong odor of cigarette smoke that I went down to report it in case they tried to blame me after my stay. Once I got the a/c going the smell dissipated, but the a/c was rather noisy. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets soft, the pillows just right, which is of great importance, I got a great nights sleep and a nice hot shower and breakfast in the morning so I left satisfied with my stay.

Walls are a little thin for my liking. I had a small child and I tried my best to keep her crying to a minimum but it’s very nerve racking wondering if you’re bothering other guests. Breakfast had a nice variety, staff was very nice.

The lobby was pretty yuck. It needs a real upgrade. The staff were really pleasant and the rooms were nice. The beds have these metal bases that make a super loud noise when you knock into them. This means all night you can hear the bangs from down the hallway as people get in and out of bed.

Our room smelled like too much air freshener trying to cover up a smoky smell. The extra lock on the door was broken off. There were no glasses by the sink to use when brushing our teeth. And there were tiny ants on the floor by the window. Not at all a good experience.

Fire alarm went off at 4am,heard 2 stories why, dope smokers on floor 2 or their A.C. .didn't get any sleep after that. I was on floor 3. No elevator when the alarm goes off.

Lobby was decent and staff was very friendly and kind. Elevator is tiny and a bit outdated. Room was really nice looking as was bathroom and shower, but the bed was a bit stiff. Dove soap supplied and good towels. Went to the gym on the first floor and was a 3 out of 5 due to no real dumbbells, even the rack with just the women’s 10lb dumbbells couldn’t hold them in place. They did have 3 cardio machines and I used the elliptical just fine, but def was a cheaper version than any others I’ve seen. Would stay again

This was my second stay at this property, I spent 5 nights there again and was very happy with it. It was slightly better this time as far as the condition of the hotel but it is still just kind of tired. Despite that, I still give it 4 stars because it is clean and the rooms are fine with very good bed, mattresses, and bedlinens. The staff is very friendly and helpful which is always a pleasure. Finally, it’s not fancy but it’s priced properly – they understand what they have.

The hotel is a quaint establishment with slightly thin walls. We overheard some intimate sexual acts while walking down the hallway. Unfortunately, our keys seemed to malfunction every time we left the room. Despite these minor inconveniences, the staff was courteous and accommodating.

The bathroom was just not clean. Rag on the toilet looked used. It just felt sticky on the floors . I honestly wouldn’t ever stay here again I would just spend the extra money and get something nicer. It’s not terrible I’ll say that. Staff was nice. Key didn’t work first time had to go back she said don’t put near phone. This place is a C

Great location near everything.BUT, very strange platform beds made of sheet metal .Every-time you moved the bed would make a sound like some one hit a cookie sheet with a spoon.Needless to say it didn't make for a good nite sleep. No ice maker or vending machine on the floor had to go down to the lobby for ice and a drink?
Price was right and again staff was very nice, but would not stay here again.

An increasing number of hotels are now serving scrambled eggs that comprise a plastic bag of liquid egg that is microwaved, split open and broken up. The stuff is generally palatable, but the preparer needs to at least know how long to microwave the eggs. These eggs were seriously overcooked, and not really edible. Had to go out to get decent breakfast. If breakfast is not important to you, then consider this a five star review.

Stay was not pleasant- I don't have high standards for hotels but this was gross. The final "nope" was on the morning of checkout when my friend found multiple German cockroaches in her bed (the small ones) these are as bad as bed bugs in terms of hitching a ride and infesting your home.
Also the elevator did not work properly and would get stuck open. It was a known problem that hadn't been fixed. We tool the stairs because we didn't want to get stuck.
Only good I can say is that the ac worked, there was a fridge and microwave, and good water pressure.

Bed was uncomfortable, the room was clean but not taken care of. . Paint chipping and stains on the floor.
That being said, any staff we met were really nice and brought things to us quickly .
