Location was good and the kitchen is a nice feature.

Some aspects of the room were in poor shape, meaning they needed repair. The outside of the building and the hallways appeared good, but the room itself was a little run down. Also there were a lot of people, mostly men, hanging out in the parking lot late at night.

Absolutely nothing from walking into the building till I leave there’s nothing I liked about it. As I first walked in to check in the lobby was dirty the check-in counter that you checked in was not organize and the staff were semi-OK but it wasn’t very invited, The one staff that was checking me in she was yelling to the back to another employee to a sister with something.

Driving onto the property again wasn’t very inviting there was no parking there was just people hanging out in the parking lot or sitting in your cars there was a barbecue grill left like right in between where the cars are parked. as I’m walking to go inside the building and there was people just smoking outside in front of the building.

I really like the room it was clean and comfortable I love the little kitchen. The lady at the from desk was nice

phone didn’t work in room only worked on speaker called front desk a few times no answer, lights btwn bed above where the phone is located didn’t work . at check out the black girl that was working had an attitude didn’t want to answer questions that were asked by my daughter then I came down and was given an attitude, went back up to room to get our stuff and tried checking out no one came to the window next thing I no my card is charged for 22 dollars since they let us have a 1 pm check out ,

Spotless room and appliances. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Tub had many safety grab bars. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy parking. In great central location. Price was fantastic!

I was very disappointed. It is not a hotel I would come back to.

Rude staff, no breakfast for two of the three days. When we asked about it, the lady don’t care. We were told there was coffee.The room had a terrible odor.

Room was available last minute. I only used 1 Bed and it was good. The best part is that I got sleep on both nights. Staff was decent and could communicate in English, and loved the no nonsense attitude especially of the front desk lady who checked me in . her name starts with A. (was it Alison, Adison....). Any way she was good..

The refrigerator was broken! The freezer was working. I needed the refrigerator for health reasons. Other: The Room is form the 70s, and its retirement years, luckily they keep it clean. Carpet - I hear keep costs low, is got to go! They need to give out at least 1 extra bar of that soap, and shampoo. They need to have paper towels to wipe the counter. They should have a hot pot.
