Clean rooms with very friendly staff. The sign in the room said room cleaned with 3 day stay but it was cleaned the next day. Very clean room with nice decor. TV and refrigerator. Breakfast was perfect for on the go. There is a gas station next door EXTREMELY convenient with sooo much to offer from drinks to food

Bathroom was very small

The bed was huge and comfy as well as the pillows. They have a microwave and fridge inside the room, which is convenient. The location is perfect. Breakfast was the same as other 2 to 3-star hotels.

They don't have a small store where you can buy snacks, beverages, or food when you get hungry at midnight. Also, they should put a trash bin under the coffee area.

The elevator and hallways smelled like it was never cleaned, the rooms are outdated, rust, paint, crust around the windows, outdated shower curtains that leak through, and the bed metal frame made too much noise...

Apparently limited tv station selection, mo new channels, no films. A bit surprising for Wyndham, but no real problem for one night.

The outside looked nice and a good location.

The inside of the hotel was horrible. Not clean. The sink was on the outside. The bed was loud and uncomfortable. The bathroom was unclean and the couch has stains on it.

Comfy & clean —& very near the terrific Red Lions diner (recommended by staff at the Wyndham).

customer service was not good. I presented an issue to them about the cleanliness of the bedding in my room and nothing was done about it. The blanket was dirty and nobody reached back to assure me. I paid almost 400$ for two night stay and it feels like they do not appreciate their customers. There was a strong odor throughout the hotel almost that of mildew or mold. The Tv did not offer access to features due to lack of wifi connection.

Bedding and location. Parking OK. Near a variety of restaurants.

Dirty bathtub. Got sick having the breakfast provided two days in a row. Third day I skipped it. Made for a not so nice visit to the area. Suspect it may be coffee machine. Need to clean up the breakfast facility. shower curtains were torn on top and would not stay in place.

the room was spacious, the bed comfortably. The room overlooked the mountains, nice view. very clean. The elevator had an unpleasant order, but other than that, no other problems. Very nice, comes with a good breakfast.

Noisy at night on the second floor.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was easy to get to from the highway, easy drive to other parts of town, easy drive to Beacon, NY, easy access to area restaurants. Nice breakfast available in the morning. The room was clean. Hotel staff were friendly.

The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed - not a problem for a couple perhaps, but for a mother traveling with a teenage son both parties prefer more privacy.

close by the interstate when we were ready to stop for the night. roll in shower was great.

had a connecting room & all you could hear the entire night was the other guests & their tv. the mattress was terrible & you rolled into the middle all night long. they had done a good job of plowing or shoveling & only 3 handicap spots that I saw, ended up parking in a handicap spot that had not been plowed at all and had 4-6 inches of snow still there. breakfast was poor, poorly cooked fake eggs, sausage links & tater tots. bagels looked hard as a rock, all the juice was out except orange juice in a carafe. choose the fresh waffles for breakfast & skip the rest.
