The location was good for my needs so no complaint there. I had minimal interaction with staff but they were friendly. Water pressure in the shower was strong (maybe too strong). Cons- my room smelled awful, like moldy/musty. The ac made it worse so i'm guessing that's where the smell was coming from. I had the main street noise too. Overall it was kind of a dingy room

Upon walking in the room, the room smelled like urine pretty bad. We had a service dog with us so I’m assuming that we had to go into a dog room. Must’ve been with the smell was.
The main issue is while I was staying here to have cancer treatment, I was looking forward to going into the hot tub. The hot tub closes at 10 and I arrived at 9:50. The hot tub was already locked and closed for the day and the manager refused to open it. Not sure what’s happening to Marriott standards but they seem to be slacking. The manager said he’s sorry the next day, but that doesn’t mitigate the fact that I wasn’t able to soak in a tub after a long day. The valet staff is very friendly. Everybody else is just blah.

Good hotel overall. Smaller rooms and no seating in my room other than desk chair and beds. No armchair or love seat offered. There is a grocery store across the street if you need anything, as well as Century City Mall a few blocks away. Not far from Beverly Hills.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It is located in a safe and convenient location. There is a supermarket across the street and one of LA's best malls is within walking distance. Better yet the beach is about 10 minutes away by car. I highly recommend Marriott in Century City.

Great location to Melrose and
Beverly Hills. Its a 3-Star that is well worth it. I'd stay again and again. Friendly staff, helpful and accommodating.

Hotel is not “fancy” but very clean and comfortable. Great location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were given a choice of room location upon check in. Also Bistro cafe bar was perfect for drinks and snacks. The staff there was also very helpful and friendly.

Our stay couldn’t have been more enjoyable. Every single staff was beyond pleasant and accommodating. We requested an early check in and they had a room waiting for us upon arrival. The onsite restaurant was fantastic with a wide variety for breakfast and dinner.
My daughter left her blanket behind and when I called the staff had it and said we could send a label and they would ship to us. The general manager contacted me himself ensuring me they would get it sent out.

The location is great, within walking distance of Westfield Mall. However, the noise from outside traffic due to single-pane windows and thin walls that let in voices and footsteps are significant drawbacks. Additionally, the swaying shower head is inconvenient, and it would be nice to have body lotion provided in the room.

It was great. Clean. Comfortable, Convenient and Courteous staff Hotel is immaculate and well staffed from front desk, to valets to housekeeping & beyond. Quiet rooms too.
Shower faucet knob was a complicated to figure out, and obviously other guests had issues with it. Really hard to turn on and leaked if you didn’t turn it off really hard… which is why it was so hard to turn on. But that’s so minor. I’ll be back. Great neighborhood!

The only bad thing in an otherwise very nice room, was the shower. You have to get in the shower to turn on the water,
which can get you a very unwelcome cold shower! A very unfortunate design flaw!

Front desk personnel were exceptional. Very comfortable room, especially the bed. Negatives: no counter space in the vanity, sink area. The sink took up the entire space. Poor design with this and the shower as you have to get into the shower in order to reach and turn it on.

Great property. Renovated and modern. Nice big spacious rooms. Modern and updated bathroom. Bistro serves Starbucks coffee and good breakfast. A bit pricey however. Valet parking was very convenient and same price as self. Odd number rooms face a noisy road so make sure to get a room away from the road noise.
